I have been in contact with this dealership for the last 2 weeks via, phone and text message. Even to the point where one of the sales rep informed me about the sales that they were going to have during Memorial day. So i waited for this weekend. I called the dealer ship this morning to verify that the vehicle was still available and it supposedly it was but, once I arrived and spoke to the sales manager they informed me that this vehicle was sold days ago but yet it is still listed on their main website and other 3rd party website. Total scam. Stay away.

DEAR FLOOR MANAGER. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CHARLES FIRST AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THIS CAR ML350 #321355 THAT I WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED, HE TOOK MY INFO AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL CALL ME AS SOON AS ITS OUT OF SHOP. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I CALLED BACK AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. ON THAT SAME CALL ANOTHER EMP. TOOK MY INFO AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL TAKE PICTURES OF THE CAR AND WILL TEXT ME THE PICTURES TOMORROW. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM EITHR. I WENT TO THEIR WEB SITE AND LEFT MY INFO WITH PEDRO, ONE WITH HIGHEST REVIEWS, NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM EITHER. THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED WAS SOLD WHEN I CHECK THE NEXT DAY. I WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR 2 WEEKS. AM NOT HAPPY. AM STILL LOOKING for a car.

Brandon Thomas went out of his way to make me comfortable and keep me updated the entire time. He didn't rush me and even showed extra patience with my bad knee, no sings of frustration on his part, in fact he made sure he brought the car around to me to limit my walking.
