Thought I was at a reffy club not a car dealership
This is my 2nd purchase from HGreg, and will certainly be my last. Place is overly crowded, and music makes me feel like I’m at a reffy club. Anthony Nolasco, although nice very extremely unprofessional and all over the place. While walking with him to see 3 cars I was interested in, he just started helping out someone else and talking to them about their vehicle interested and left me behind. The car I was purchasing was for my grandmother. After we test drove 1 of the cars, while waiting for him to get the key for the 2nd vehicle he left us out there for approximately 30-45 minutes. We decided to purchase a vehicle (cash offer). He left the lot with the car keys, knowing we were already doing the paper work, and all we need to do was pay the car. After payment was made, he did not show up with the keys until about an hour later. The front desk personal and one of the managers contacted him several times upon my request. After an hour of waiting for him to return to the lot with the car keys, (with my 77-year-old grandmother) is completely unacceptable. I’ll never recommend this place let alone this sales person, so if his name is Anthony Nolasco best thing you can do is ask for someone else, or go somewhere else.

Misleading Pricing
This dealership is horrible, ZERO customer support. I’ve been contacting them for a week now inquiring about a vehicle they have and they do not call / email back. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY, 40k OF IT! ALSO*** Their pricing is VERY misleading. Make sure you factor in the $1,300 in fees they tack on to the “great wholesale” price they advertise. When you think of shady, grimy carsales, HGREG is the picturesque definition of it.

Roberto was great! He was very personable throughout the whole process. Although it took a while Charles and Roberto took the time to understand our situation with negative equity and found us another car that could eat the equity without damaging our credit. It was a long day but definitely worth it in the end.

Same 'ol stuff ... different dealer.
Had a great sales person but found the rest of the experience pretty typical for a car dealer. Test drove the car one day and went back to buy the car two days later. Took way too long for everything. I was there for three hours even though I was paying cash. The dealer fees ($899) are close to double compared to other dealers. When I asked why they were so high I was given a condescending explanation from one of the managers. The car is for my son and had he not been there with me, I would have walked out over the hidden fees. I took the car to my mechanic and he found a couple of issues that were not included on the supposed "detailed inspection" I was told was done and was part of the outrageous dealer fee. Once all the paper work was done, they offered to send me digital copies, the document I received belonged to someone else. So glad to know they may have sent all of my personal information to a complete stranger as well. To top it off, I waited for almost thirty minutes to take delivery of the car. Overall, it is not quite the unique experience they claim it is.

2015 Gold TDI
This is my 3rd car that I bought here in Doral Hgreg, Jose Guilarte (salesman) was really helpful, I'll give him 5 star, dealer was ok, after paying almost 1k dealer fee they didn't even give me a carwash, it would be nice but was Sunday afternoon, but dealer overall it's a 4 star. Thanks.

Disappointed
All of the employees were very pleasant. My concerns/complaint are; no after the sale follow up, no return call from F & I to address my concern about sales contract, and their absurd $899.00 dealer fee. If a dealer charges a fee I would as a minimum upon delivery, expect the gas tank to be full, the vehicle to have been serviced, and the vehicle to have been detailed. Upon delivery mine had under a half tank of gas, hasn't been serviced(info center says oil life at 52%) and vehicle was delivered filthy( the porter went home!). To top it off the inside is infested with sugar ants. Detailing would have revealed that. Their added fee is nothing but price gouging.
