Prices a bit misleading

The prices are very good but the actual cost is somewhat inflated due to dealer and other fees that are higher than some others making the total cost of the vehicle higher.

Avoid at all costs!!!

What a terrible dealership! I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, and was communicating with the sales person who responded to my initial inquiry. I called about an hour before arriving, and confirmed with them that we were still good for the scheduled appointment. As I was about to arrive, I was called by a different sales person and told they would be the person helping me out. Then I walk into the place and sign in, and was immediately given to a third sales person. I told them I was supposed to be meeting with someone specific, and they outright lied, telling me people say that all the time, but they assign your rep when you arrive. He goes to find the keys for the car, and the second rep that called me comes over and says hes the one who will be working with me. He also goes to find the keys, and he and the third guy proceed to get in an argument over whos customer I am, when I'm positive they both poached me from the original rep I set the appointment with. After they get managers involved and settle things, the second guy comes back to inform me that the car is not actually there, because the service manager went to run some errands and needed it. Turns out that was a lie as well, because he actually took it home for the day. Apparently, the managers take whatever car they want home with them at will, and do with them as they please, without even checking if the car is scheduled to be shown that day. They let me know its was going to be an hour and a half before he would be back, so I was welcome to sit there and waste my day waiting for him. No apology or anything. Just, sorry, theres nothing I can do. Mind you, I had an appointment to see this specific vehicle, and called an hour before hand to confirm everything was still good to go. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. This is nothing but a den of cutthroats, and I wouldn't trust any vehicles purchased from there. They may price their vehicles cheap, but this place is super shady, and you will definitely get what you pay for.

BOUGHT A CAR TERRIBLE SERVICE -RUN

huge warning do not buy a car here. my husband told me as soon as he walked in did not listen. i had financing. bought the maserati july 1st. sales guy tells me he will give me a full tank of gas if i go back and buy it i wanted anyhow so went back. paid extra for license since the cashiers check was done already. finance guy told me i would get the difference so left. he was an xxx watching soccer while talking to me half not. went out and the sales guy michelle (guy ) tells me that there is no gas station in the premises can't give me gas (really-of course there is no gas station). he should giving me $80. got the registration from them in the mail- no check for balance. called finance -sales person-hebert nothing . finally 1 month later hebert tells me he will send a check. almost 2 months nothing. i keep calling now for owner put me on hold for 24 minutes hang ups. run -run fast. i have bought many cars this is the worst experience!!!! FELIZ finance bad as well. I had my own finance he was watching soccer and just taking my money lied about my refund on extra license fee I paid

Aimee Miller ROCKS and so does HGreg!

found the car online but it was in a different location, this was quickly resolved prior to my arrival. Aimee was a dream to work with and the whole process took 1 hour and a half! I've never purchased a vehicle so quickly, MIAMI RECORD! And the car was priced extremely well!

Buyer Beware

Negotiated a price with trade-in over the phone. When inspecting vehicle($40k) there were three different brand of tires with two worn down to wear bars. Agreement was to replace two tires and since I live three hours away they would ship to me. Also only one key fob and agreed to find the other and mail it to me. Neither of these has been fulfilled. Have sent emails and texts to the salesman and supervisor and have been ignored. IMHO this is the typical used car operation, promise the buyer anything with no intention of fulfilling. Do not leave this place until you have everything in hand, otherwise you will be in the same boat I'm in.
