Excellent Customer Service
Daniel Walsh was excellent. I called about the vehicle I was interested in on a Monday and spoke to him he made sure that it was still available. Being that we lived about an hour away I told him that we would not be able to make it until Wednesday. He took down my information and kept me updated on the vehicle. When I was ready to come and see the vehicle on Wednesday he made sure that it was still available and set the keys to the side so that I could test drive the vehicle when I arrived at the dealership. We came from an hour away and when we got there we were greeted and offered something to drink. He also had the keys on his desk ready to go. He pulled the vehicle around and let us check it out and then take it on a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and made sure to give the best deal possible on the vehicle. We got the paperwork done and we bought the vehicle. Daniel made our car buying experience worth the drive. He has excellent customer service and is very honest. I can appreciate that. The car that we purchased needed new tires and a inspection. They put new tires on the vehicle as well as replaced things that needed to be taken care of and also delivered the vehicle to my home. He made sure that I was kept up to speed on everything and even checked on me after the vehicle was delivered. All I can say is keep up the excellent customer service. If you need a vehicle call Daniel Walsh!!!!!!

Awesome Service
My wife and I were in the market to replace our 06 Explorer and wanted similar size and engine but something with more of the later year features. On a Friday afternoon around 1pm, my wife came across our new 2013 Acadia Denali via the web and fell in love with the vehicle from the pictures. By 5:30 the vehicle was at our house, we signed paper work in my home office, was handed the keys, and Chris Tropiano drove our Explorer away. All the paper work prior to delivering the car was handled via emails and texts between myself and the finance folks...simple, quick, and easy. I got a fair trade for my vehicle (never having even seeing it). This was the most convenient and wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. We LOVE the car and Chris T went 110% on service. Saturday morning I noticed a chip in the windshield, I called Chris back and he said bring it in and will take care of it. I dropped it off on a Monday, was given a nice Cadillac as a loaner car to return to work. I will buy my next vehicle from Covert GMC Cadillac and specifically seek out Chris T. Thank you Covert!

Regular Service
The visit was very good. Only a couple of hours to service my car, but Covert had no problem giving me a loaner to kill some time. I appreciate that. The wash was good also. I have no complaints at all.

2015 Cadillac CTS
I am very happy with the purchase of the CTS. As I had purchased a new Avalon less than a year ago I knew it was going to be hard to work a deal. Working with Amit was a pleasure and we worked it out in less than an hour. I would recommend anyone considering a Cadillac to contact Covert Cadillac.

Nice facilities with donuts and coffee
The oil change and inspection went well and in a short period of time. Nathan Mackey was very friendly and handled it nicely and the car wash was an added plus.

Cheerful attitudes, exceptional services, SNACKS
I thought I was just coming in for an oil change. Got that as well as 5 point inspection, tires rotated and aired AND a complete cleaning inside and out. All in less time than it took me to get there (but definitely worth the drive) It is such a comfort to know that my vehicle is always well cared for... And one less thing I have to worry about in my daily life! (I thank God for all my "guardian angels" at Covert :)

Every time I bring my car in for service I am treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. The waiting room is very nice and the amenities provided during the wait are much appreciated.
