Awesome service

This is my first time owning a luxury vehicle, and I am very impressed. I felt like I was having the red carpet rolled out for me when I took my Cadillac in for an oil change and all the other items it needed. Everyone was very friendly, considerate, and helpful. I wish I could always be treated like this everywhere I go. You definitely know what "customer service" means. I couldn't be happier with the experience. You do it right!!!

Beyond my expections

Mr Joe Joseph made my leasing a GM vehicle a pleasure. Very professional knowledgeable no pressure exceeded my expections I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered I have driven a Mercedes for 12 years and service was not their priority. Im very happy with my new car. It was delivered to my door by Mr Jeff Payne also top notch explained all options set up OnStar Bluetooth garage door opener my experience with Covert and Mr Joseph and Mr Payne exceeded my expections. My Pleasure

They have not let me down!

Bradley Allen is not only an outstanding salesman that is easy to do business with but he continues to deliver outstanding customer service long after the sale! I contacted Bradley looking for some help with who to go to for service. He got in touch with a service manager, Michael Capps, who contacted me shortly there after. We set an appointment and dropped my car off later that day. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Covert through Bradley and it has been a terrific expereince both times! With the extra help he has provided, Covert will always get my business. Great customer service like this is not easy to find.

Great Service

I took my 2012 CTS in for an oil change and car wash. My service manager, Nathan Mackey assisted me and as always his demeanor was polite and professional. I've been takeig my CTS to be serviced at Covert Cadillac for almost three years now and never had an unpleasant experience. Christopher Hearon

Great Service

I was highly satisfied. Even though I was informed they had a heavy workload my car was repaired very quickly. I love the fact I received a loaner car so I could conduct my daily business. Great service all around! !!!!
