Only Great and honest people are at Covert Cadillac!

I inherently do not like to go thru the normal 3 hour negoitiation period, I typically take the time in advance of buying a car to read the auto reviews and possibly when traveling rent a particular auto, which I am in effect 'test driving'. This is helpful to me in that I become confident in my decision. Then when I am ready to buy, I then make a list of potential dealers and place them in order of probability based on their public reputations. I first went to my first choice Covert Cadillac, met with Christopher Tropiano, and 2 hours later walked out the owner. It was a very pleasant experience, with a good price for the car. The men at Covert were all helpful, attentive, kind and knowledgeable of their product. They were gracious and with none of the normal pressure. They presented the car, I made a counteroffer and they counter successfully. Very quick and simple. Closed on the car and picked it up 12 hours later. How can it get better? I don't think so. Covert is the best!

Great Experience

Bought a car through a program at my company (GM). Had my windshield replaced when originally got the car due to a rock chip while being transported. The first replacement windshield was an aftermarket once, which didnt fit perfectly and caused a whistling issue on the highway. So they ordered another one from the Cadillac factory, but they shipped the wrong one down. The only complaint was that it took such a long time to get it replaced. Total time was about a month due to having to order a couple of windshields, but cant do much about that. My service person was Jason Wolk and he did a great job. The bottle neck was the shipping process, not the customer service. Honestly, best customer service from any company!

Service with confidence

My service advisor Jason Wolk always greets me. He is always ready to take care whatever I need. He's very attentive and I really appreciate the good service. The rest the customer service staff is also very helpful. The customer service waiting area is also very comfortable and an interesting place to be.

car maintenance

Customer service is top notch. While my Cadillac SRX was being serviced I was given a loaner vehicle so I could continue on with my day which is an awesome perk! Thank you Covert Cadillac!

Great Service

Kiser, my service rep, did a great job as always. In fact, my work on my SRX was completed well ahead of schedule. The only negative experience was that apparently one of the individuals who washed my SRX after service was completed, took about five dollars in change from my console. As I told Kiser, I did not and do not want to make an issue of it, because I should have removed the change from the car while it was being serviced. However, it is something that management at Covert needs to be aware of so that an employee's loose fingers don't negatively impact another Covert customer in the future.
