Shady Financier/Warranty Commision

Beware of Gary, the dealership's financier. He will offer you a free warranty. When you pay the first installment, he will say that it will be reflected in the next bill. Our check was cashed the following day. The first bill reflected the the entire car balance!? We contacted Gary and we were told to wait for the next bill. Did you know he gets a commission for selling warranties. This fact was confirmed by Eric, the manager of Covert Cadillac. Shady. We went back to the dealership to sort out the issue. We were then told that there is no such thing as free warranty. Obviously, we cancelled the warranty since it was within the 90 days. But I wonder what would have happened if we trusted the Covert and Cadillac reputation and waited out the third bill...

Jason was very helpful. The job was done in a timely manner. The people at the desk were also helpful. I really appreciated the fact that they washed the car before they returned it to me. I am very pleased with the service I have received at Covert thus far. Thank you.

Outstanding Service, and facilities,

I would like to thank covert Cadillac for a outstanding job. Our service manager is the best, he is a outstanding individual, very professional, helpful, and courteous. efficient and personal service

My service expert, Nathan Mackey, worked very hard to get my car finished up and back to me. There service department is very efficient and make car repair so easy offering a loaner or transpartion home after dropping off the car for repair.

NEVER buying anywhere else 😉

A BIG thanks to Cory Rutherford at Covert Cadillac ! We had been looking for over 6 months and stumbled upon them while looking online and it turned out to be such a BLESSIng ! I have NEVER had anyone or dealership at that go out of their way like they have. I'm a mommy of 4 + all the neighborhood kids so I don't think I need to elaborate on how CRAZY my life is . Poor Cory delt with me for 3 days trying to accommodate me and patiently waiting for me to send pics and fill out stuff online because did I mention we live over 4 hours away ?!?! I give them even more points for having to sit and discuss things over the phone with a baby screaming or me having to randomly get onto a kiddo ! They didn't try to give me the run around, made sure that the vehicle was perfect +some AND had them bring the vehicle to me because I was to scared to drive all the way their by myself. I was also a little worried because I hadn't actually put my hands on the car or seen it in person but it pulled up and it was so exciting ! It was very clean and he made sure it didn't have a smell.... Did I mention I'm big on smells ?!? I'm so proud of my car and to be honest I figured it was going to look just like all the others we looked at but it wasn't it was so much more ! I REALLy appreciate all you guys did for us and wanted to let y'all know because a lot of times people forget to probably tell Yall..... So thank you for being patient with me and personable because these days it's VERY hard to find !
