Service appointment

I had a normal service appointment with Mike, the service manager greeted us, confirmed the work and sent us on our way. In just a bit they called, ready, everything was completed just as we came for, quickly and they washed the car for us. We use and recommend Covert Cadillac!

2013 Cadillac SRX

The overall experience was wonderful I just couldn't help thinking how easy and pleasant the transaction was. From my Salesman to the Finance Manager. We truly left knowing we will be back to purchase our next car from Covert. Believe it or not we live in Houston Texas and didn't mind the drive to Austin Texas because of our experience. Great Service!

The staff is very helpful and informative. Always courteous and I get my vehicle back on time as promised. I've been to many dealerships and this one by far is the best that I've come across!

Exemplary Service - Superb Cars

I recently purchased a CTS from Covert. I had several years of experience with their service team but not the sales team. This was my first experience but I am pleased to say good customer service orientation is obvious. Everyone was very helpful. When presented with a problem, it was addressed with the same professional courtesy.

Fantastic luxury car dealership experience!!

The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always willing to help and provide a good customer experience. Additionally, as small an item as it is, the staff makes you feel like an important customer, and, they treat you with absolute respect. An overall excellent experience.

Excellent Customer Service...

I worked with Daniel Walsh. I had met with him a few months prior and he did some research for me on a few vehicles, but we couldn't find that right deal initially. He was very professional and kept me up to speed on other used vehicles that arrived in their inventory until we found one that was close to my budget, and fit all my other needs. He picked up the vehicle for me from another lot, inspected it, and made sure he felt it was something I would like to test drive and took care of everything for me. He did not rush me during the process and we worked together until we got the financing right. He was very professional through the entire process. I will absolutely give him a shot at my business first when I am ready to purchase again.
