Covert Cadillac has been my dealership of choice for 15 years. They have a complete staff of compedent employees at ever level. My physical condition has not aged well and they come and get my car and it is returned washed and serviced. Salesperson Tony Smith has Been my choice for many years and he even checks in on me several times a year. The hidden gem in the Covert group is Sherry Woodyard. She can handle just about anything that comes up. She saved me from leaving many years ago over a service dispute that was not handled well until she took charge.
