Covert Cadillac

This is my second Escalade from Covert and I must admit that the courtesy and service with my 1st Escalade drew me towards my 2nd car. Mr. Bryan Glenn, our Sales professional, made everything "happen" with ease and really "made our dreams come true"!!! (Thank you Mr. Glenn) Moreover. Our services of the vehicle has been like no other we have ever had (had an oil leak after the oil was changed but Covert sent a driver to our home to bring our car to us and to return the loaner car given to us.) I am not sure other dealers would do THIS!!

What great service, done in a short amount of time with friendly people. Covert is the best!!

I'M ALWAYS WELCOMED RIGHT AWAY AS I DRIVE UP FOR SERVICE AND AM INFORMED HOW LONG THE SERVICE WILL TAKE. I'M PROVIDED A LOANER IF THE SERVICE REQUIRES MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF OR SO. COVERT IS ALWAY VERY ATTENTIVE AND GENEROUS.

No matter what I am looking for I will go to Bradley Allen first. If he does not have my answer to my question he works on getting it to me fast. I feel confident with his professionalism that I am in honest hands and with someone who is out to be far with his clients.

Great experience for sure. Totally expected due to paying a premium for my SRX. The service was over the top in my book. Loaner car was ready and convenient for sure. I even got a hug from my sales person Connie. Service and hospitality are alive and well at Covert. Terry Arterburn
