Love Covert Cadillac.

I love coming to Covert Cadillac. I have always been treated with respect. I've been to other dealerships where no one seems to want to help me, but at Covert, I'm made to feel like the most important person in the world without any pressure.

Excellent Cadillac Dealer

I was met at the entrance at my designated reservation time. Kiser was professional in reviewing my service needs and helpful in obtaining a loaner vehicle. The vehicle was returned to me with all service items completed perfectly, having been washed and interior cleaned. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great service with a PR challenge

Experience at dealership fine. My confidence in GM as a car manufacturer is shaken with the arrogant disregard shown by the GM Management and employees. I expect to see some executives and manager prosecuted for their actions and have their bonuses and retirement clawed back by the company. I am not sure if I will remain with GM as a customer going forward.

Service at Covert

I have continued to buy a CTS every couple years because of the service provided. No other car has the warranty or service they provide and Covert Cadillac does a great job assisting in that. My repair coordinator is Michael and he is great at keeping me informed about the car. Great Team at Covert.

2015 SRX is even better than my '11
