Great Service!

My experience was great as always! Everyone is friendly and very helpful, on the deck, in the office, and my service agent is he best!!

Great service as is the norm at Covert Cadillac!

Another great experience getting our SRX serviced. As always the staff was commendable in getting everything together for our service appointment. The staff at the dealership were open and friendly and Jason took time to discuss needed service and kept in touch to let me know how things were progressing. As always, I was made to feel like "part of the family" and very much at home during my visit.

Above and beyond customer service!!

I went into Covert honestly expecting to be turned away instantly, not the case. Even though I missed my previous appointment, Eddie Balderas took the time to help me out. Eddie and the team went above and beyond to help me find a car and get financed. These guys are awesome and I look forward to future business together. Good job guys!!

Covert Cadillac

I cannot say enough good words about Covert Cadillac. Our service representative, Jason Wolk, has been so helpful, accommodating, capable,friendly, efficient--he should be one of your most valued employees. He is the type of individual who makes a company successful. I also should mention Krista Garcia who has been so helpful when we encountered any problem. Covert should be proud to call both Jason and Krista exemplary employees.

Service from Covert Cadillac

I was notified via "On Star" that my Cadillac required maintenance and even offered me a way to choose the date and time on the internet! (I have never done this prior so I thought I would try it out.) I choose an early time and actually arrived at the dealership around 6 AM! I pulled into the lot and a young lady came up to my Escalade, from the service building, and inquired of my needs. She immediately confirmed my appointment and informed me that the service department did not open until 7 AM but I was welcome to "come on into the customer area" to wait ans she would begin to process my paperwork. She said fresh donuts and coffee were ready and I could "help myself". I must say I was really amazed at this whole event because it only took one selection on the internet and everything worked perfectly!! I had an enjoyable wait and the service began right at 7 AM and was completed shortly thereafter. When Mr. Capp returned my vehicle to me I noticed not only had the service been completed but it had been washed and vacuumed on the interior. Everyone was very cooperative and genuinely cordial and I think this is an excellent service department.

Great Purchase at Covert Cadillac

We have purchased several vehicles from Cover Cadillac, Buick and GMC. Through the years Covert is the only dealership we will use and do not bother to shop at other locations. The relationship and trust we have developed ensures us that we will always receive the best offer from Covert. Kenneth Ruiz, our sales person, can be trusted and is a pleasure to work with. The personnel at Covert are honest, friendly, courteous, and low key. There is no pressure and they always find the right car at the right price point for you.

Purchase from Covert Cadillac

We have purchased all of our vehicles at Covert Cadillac, Buick and GMC. They are honest, friendly, courteous, and extremely easy to work with. There is no pressure and will bend over backward to make sure you find the vehicle you want at the best price for you. We have purchased several vehicles through Kenneth Ruiz and even introduced our son to them who also has purchased a vehicle from Covert. We will continue to bring our business to them in the future.
