Great place to buy a truck/car

I was not sure what new truck I was wanting this time around. So I went to many dealerships from Austin to San Antonio. Covert was the second of at least 12 of all different brands. Once I had seen and driven just about every new truck out there. I knew I wanted a GMC and I also knew I wanted to buy it at Covert GMC. I knew that because of the way I was treated the first time I was there. There was no pressure from them to buy before I was ready to and they stood out from the rest in their knowledge of their trucks and in how to treat people. Sergio Kindle was my sales person and I would highly recommend him to others. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care. It was a First Class Experience from beginning to end. He took his time and listened to what I was asking for and he then delivered that very thing for me. The best part is I ended up with a great new GMC truck at a great price. Nathan does a great job in the service department

I received a recall for my car in the mail,,and worked with Nathan in the service dept...Nathan always does an over the top job,,very professional, and always works with me with my apt times. Nathan always makes sure everything is done right and goes out of his way to answer all my questions.

Always thorough and courteous. I have been taking my car to Covert since 2011, and my father took his there for years before that.

Scheduling service, discrepancy phone vs web

My car service was fine, however, when I called 11/20 to schedule service appointment for the following week, I was told by service manager there were no openings until Dec 2. I went on-line, saw there were numerous windows Nov 25 and 26 so I signed up for one and brought car in.

Leased a Cadillac ATS Mar. 15, 2014. I love our car! Had first oil change Oct. 31st. My rep. is Mr. Kiser. I worked with his assistant (the guy who looks like the guy on Law & Order). Had a great experience. The waiting area has several newspapers, free calendars, coffee, donuts, fruit. I will see them again when I need the tires rotated.

Prompt service with comfortable facilities.

Covert Cadillac in Austin, Texas, was adjusting something on a recall notice, but we were also checking out the dealership to see if we would use it for all service on our new SRX which was bought in another distant city. The receptionist, cashier, and our service representative, Nathan Kiser, were all polite, cordial, and efficient; the service was done in a timely fashion; and we are convinced that Covert is now "our dealership" for service on our new Cadillac! :)
