If you are looking for a good deal and great people to help you find it, this is the place to go. My credit is not the best and I could not afford the immediate cash out of pocket for a down payment. Bradley Allen did a great job at finding me the best deal. I not only got a great car but got financing through a very reputable credit union I can now establish a relationship with. I had not purchased a new car in over 2 decades and was scared to death I would be signing my life away. Bradley made the initial experience painless with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Thanks, Bradley!! Jerry Duran in Finance finished the deal with five stars as well with his explanation of everything I was signing and all with a great friendly attitude. Everyone I passed in the building greeted me and you can just tell those folks like working there. Based on my experience, this is the best place in Austin to get a vehicle!

I wanted to write a review for the folks at Covert Cadillac as they were fabulous when I was looking for a used truck. Ariel Hinds was very professional and thorough when showing me the truck that I had found over an internet search. Covert brought in the truck from Bastrop within a couple of hours of me call with an interest in the truck. Ariel showed me the entire vehicle, even under the hood and answered all my questions. Once in Finance, Jerry Duran was very professional and made me feel at ease with the process as I was a nervous wreck. So I would recommend Covert Cadillac and Ariel Hinds any day of the week, a very professional business and business men. When my keys were handed over to me I felt great about the entire transaction! Covert went over and beyond any of my expectations!

Covert Cadillac is a great place to buy from, Al Mathews and Jerry Duran are the best along with the others that helped in the process. Thank you to you all for helping us from start to finish, not only in the buying experience but in fixing the car up with a new windshield and a new tint job. Second car purchased from Covert. First was a 2013 Buick Enclave. Most recently a 2014 Cadillac CTS. Have lived all over the USA and have never had a more pleasant and easier car buying experience. Before you buy anywhere come see these guys as they make the process so much better than most.

I just picked up my 2015 Escalade from Covert Cadillac. This is my 3rd generation Escalade and 4th car to buy from them and they have been great each time. Connie was excellent and dealt with me for over a year as I anxiously awaited my opportunity to order and then wait for the arrival of my new car. Adam in service is also amazing and has been a pleasure to work with over the years. I have owned just about every luxury car in the market and I must say that the Covert Cadilliac dealership has always been the most pleasant to deal with. About the only area for improvement is with the facility - it is clean and comfort but defintietly doesn't compare to the amenities at their competitors. Luckily my experience with sales and service has been so great I haven't had to really spend any time at the physical building. Thanks again for another great buying experience!
