Great Experience

Wonderful experience dealing with Covert Cadillac. Great staff and very informative. I needed help with my garage door opener and I called the Tech's cell at 7PM and he walked me thru the entire process. My salesman was great also, he knew everything about the car I purchased. I would recommend to anyone to buy a car from them.

Stellar Service

We came in trade our ATS for a SUV. Bruce was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. This is our third Cadillac and when it's time to buy again we will be returning to Covert and would love to work with Bruce again. Amazing dealership, amazing people.

Excellent & efficient Service Dept.

Brought my 2013 SRX in for regular service last week. Made the appt. online ? arrived a bit early, was promptly greeted, and the car was on it's way to the service area before I left the premises. Service was excellent, necessary items were done, inspections were made, etc. in a very timely fashion. I was also pleased that they took care of 2 service bulletins that were so new I had not even received them, both of which improved the vehicle's performance. I received a call that the car was ready, and when I arrived it was waiting for me; washed, vacuumed, and running great. An altogether excellent visit. I certainly recommend Covert Cadillac and their fine service department highly!

Best Car Buying Experience Possible

Covert Cadillac provided the best car bying experience of my life. They debunked the "car salesman" stigma through fabulous pricing, service, attention to detail and expediency. Joe Joseph, Brad Elliot, and Jerry Duran took care of every detail that I could imagine and made my wife feel very comfortable that we were choosing the right car for our family. Ceritfied Pre-owned

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac SRX from Covert. The overall experience was very good. We had stopped in to browse vehicles during our search and began talking with Bill Prezioso, one of their sales consultants. He was very attentive to our wish list and although they didn't have anything on the lot that met our requirements, he took our number and told us he would call if something came in. Within several weeks, Bill contacted us about a new vehicle that came and we arranged to see it. Long story short....We ended up purchasing the vehicle and in the process got a fair market value for our trade-in. The entire process was smooth from trade-in and final price negotiation, to finance and arranging to have the vehicle prepped (auto detailing, registration and plates). I would recommend Covert if you are into no hassle, pressure free car buying.

May 10, 2014 Service Visit

I brought my 2013 Cadillac ATS to Covert Saturday morning 5-10 for routine service. A service appointment had been previously arranged with Mr. Nathan Kiser, Service Advisor. I was courteously greeted upon arrival at Covert, and after a brief conversation with Mr. Kiser relative to the issues to be addresssed, I was shown to a very comfortable and fully euipped waiting area. During the course of my stay, Mr. Kiser did come by and brief me on progress relative to the services being performed. At the conclusion of the service, the car was washed and returned to me sparkling clean! Before leaving I asked for assistance concerning one aspect of the car's CUE System. Mr. Chad Bokelman was summoned and quickly answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with my visit and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with Covert Cadillac. R.O. Swift

Wonderful Service

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Escalade from Joe Joseph at Covert Escalade. It was such an easy and fun experience! I placed the order before the 2015 Escalade even came out. Joe talked me through the process of what I wanted on my car and kept me updated the whole time. When they delivered my Escalade to me last week… I could not have been happier. It turned out perfect and they even sent Jeff to "train" me on all the new technology and features of the car. Joe and the staff at Covert truly gave me the best car buying experience and it was an easy process. I will be a lifelong customer of Joe and Covert Cadillac.
