Above and Beyond

I have always wanted to surprise my wife and buy her a "top of the line" automobile. We decided to stop at Covert Cadillac as our first stop during our shopping adventure....and I am glad we did. Joe did an outstanding job of explaining the features of the Cadillac...and my wife and I felt like we knew him for a long time because he was so friendly and honest. Joe went above and beyond...trying to get us the best deal with our trade in...and within our budget range. The dealership itself was "top shelf" and everyone inside was pleasant and friendly. When we were sitting in Joe's office....my wife and I looked at each other and both agreed that this was the best experience we ever had in purchasing a car. Thank you Joe for everything!! We loved dealing with Joe Joseph...he gave us a fair deal...

We loved dealing with Joe Joseph...he gave us a fair deal and provided us with all of our possible options to get into the Cadillac SRX I wanted. I felt that we were respected and we will for sure come back to Joe and Ashley to buy another Cadillac. They were honest and easy to talk to. They never talked down to us...we were treated with the utmost respect.

A great experience does not begin to describe our transaction with Joe Joseph and Covert Cadillac. Joe was very honest, professional and treated us as though we were his only customers. He returned my calls promptly, answered all my questions professionally and was most knowledgeable on all facets of the car buying and leasing options. Joe made the car buying process what it should be! A fabulous experience!!! Thanks for everything! We will be back!

This is the second Cadillac we purchase at Covert and...

This is the second Cadillac we purchase at Covert and returned because of the excellent service and follow up we have received from everyone at Covert, especially my sales advisor James Stewart. We made an appointment and he had the vehicle ready to be test driven and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Gary was easy to work with and got exactly the financing we needed. I am especially thank full to Jeff Payne for making sure my iPhone is synced. Love all the features of my shiny RED SRX! After driving an Escalade for 10 yrs, the transition has been painless. No pressure Sales

The car is a great car, the only bad thing that had happened to me was a week after I had the car at home the Check engine light came on. I took it and had the codes pulled to find that the O2 sensor was failing. Before i could get the car to get it fixed the light went out and I talked to a mechanic who says that those sensors may trip the check engine light when it is in cold weather. I drove the car a bout 900 miles the next weekend with no issues and I was grateful for the average 19 miles to the gallon.

This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Every person I came in contact with at the dealership was professional, kind and genuinely concerned about making my experience great. I highly recommend and know that I will be back for future purchases.

Great experience!

I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Covert and it was a great experience. My sales rep (Ariel Hinds) was very attentive and more than willing to accommodate my requests. He was on top off everything and made sure that I got everything I asked for (and more) quickly and correctly. They fixed some things on the vehicle I purchased and guidance me a car took drive overnight, no questioning asked. The back office process was very fast and easy. I would definitely buy here again.

Bryan Glenn was recommended to us by a family member who has purchased two vehicles at Covert Cadillac. The overall experience was excellent. We were shown the vehicles that we requested and given all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Besides the Cadillac CTS being a terrific ride loaded...

Besides the Cadillac CTS being a terrific ride loaded with 'bells and whistles', what ultimately helped us decide to go with Covert Cadillac instead of another dealer was 1) the incredible personal service; and 2) the great service plan that comes with the car. From the first time we entered the Covert Cadillac dealership until today when we drove away with our new Cadillac CTS, we were treated to an amazing, relaxing, car buying experience. Our car search took us to several different dealerships. The Covert Cadillac employees were genuinely warm and friendly and never subjected us to the "hard sell" or frustrating negotiations usually associated with purchasing a new car. They patiently answered all of our questions both by phone and in person and literally held our hands as we walked through our first Cadillac lease. The salesman, Joe, and the finance guy, Armand, were very professional and knowledgeable. Chad, the very patient technician, sat with us until we learned how to use all the cool stuff in our new car. The process was smooth and hassle-free. In addition to the wonderful treatment we received during our purchase process, Covert Cadillac seems to have an orderly, customer friendly process in place for servicing their cars. We were assigned a specific service advisor and a customer service manager who would be our 'go to' people should we ever need future service. We were assured that if we ever needed to drop our car for service, we would be given a loaner Cadillac. So, if you are considering a Cadillac CTS, I urge you to test drive one. It is one 'sweet' ride. If you want a dealership that will deal honestly and respectfully with you, go to Covert Cadillac. Also, ask for Joe-he's a great guy!

First time to buy a car "on my own" . I never...

First time to buy a car "on my own" . I never once was concerned I wasn't getting the best deal available. Joe and dealership handled all the issues with my leased Ford so I didn't have to fool with that. In fact probably saved me $1000 if I had had to deal with the lease vehicle . great experience and glad I walked into that dealership.
