Covert Cadillac

I left my house to buy a car last Saturday with the intension of buying a used Camaro. After dealing with a dealership up on the north east side of I35 that I won't name.... I was(to put it nicely) pissed off by the way I was treated. I then came to my senses and went to Covert Cadillac. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile a hand shake and an attentive sales manager named Cory. Cory asked me what I was looking for and got right on helping me find my next car. The process of buying was made very easy and comfortable buy Eric my salesman. At the end of the day I feel like I bought a phenomenal car from some great people! If you want a Cadillac or if you see something on their used lot that you like don't hesitate to go see them they will treat you right!

The professionals at Covert Cadillac were excellent to work with resulting in an outstanding experience in the purchase of a vehicle. The staff were courteous, from the sales representative to the manager to the finance officer. I got the vehicle I wanted, at an amazing price, and got to work with true sales experts. I also was assisted by Gary Fitzpatrick and Al Matthews, both who provided the same level of excellent service. After driving this amazing car, I only want to drive Cadillacs and will be returning to Covert for my future purchases.

The Covert Family is exactly that "Family"! More importantly, in includes the valued customers! Eric went above and beyond by being completely proactive and is extremely knowledgeable. But above all else, he is a true professional and personable. The Finance Office was impressive with their state of the art software and desk. I was not looking forward to the hours and hours and hours of completing the transaction and it took just minutes to close the deal. Well Done and Thank You, Eric and the Covert Family!!
