I was happy to work with Chris Tropiano and appreciate his level of professionalism. I am not an impulsive buyer so had done my research and took time driving a number of cars on different days. Chris was very pleasant, informative and patient too .. not pushy at all. Once I chose the best car for me, Chris and Armen helped to make the sales transaction easy and convenient. Got me just what I wanted at the price I needed to be at. Worked with the sales manager and the finance manager to make sure everything went smooth. And taking the car home overnight for a test drive gave me a lot of confidence that the car I was looking at had nothing to hide.

Found the car that we wanted on Cover's website. We contacted Chris Tropiano and was able to work out a deal before we headed to Austin from San Antonio. Once there, Chris and staff stayed late and took great care of us. Chris showed us around the facility. They got us in our car that evening.
