Excellent experience from my perspective in working with the sales and finance team. They made the whole experience in purchasing the car easier than I have dealt with in the past. I have owned several BMWs, Mercedes, and Porche's, in the past and none of the dealerships matched this experience on my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to others. If you hear people complain about buying a car they list the following: not efficient, good cop v bad cop, not so professional. The fact that this is now the 5th car I have purchased from this dealership in the past 10 years of which 4 of these 5 were in the last 4 years should speak volumes! I have always trusted the Covert name as the Sales staff and all other personnel are as professional and as personable as one could ask for. In this recent purchase I worked with Chris Tropiano. He and all of the other Sales professionals before him were excellent. No high pressure nonsense at this dealership. They treat you like an adult and give you the needed time to make an informed decision. I also need to give a quick shout out to Jerry for an excellent job in the finance division. He has built great relationships with many banks and made it a very easy and pain free process in securing financing my automobile. Clearly my next car for myself or my family will be back at this dealership. Also the fact that they have many manufacturers vehicles under one roof makes it about as easy a process in finding the right car as one could ask for!!!!

I flew in from out of town after completing most of the deal via email and phone calls. Chris picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership where we completed the details of the purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. It was a wonderful experience.
