I recently encountered a problem with my 2006 DTS. I was driving into Austin from Round Rock when my temperature light came on. I immediately called David Pearson at Covert Cadillac. I NEVER think twice about where to take my Cadillac. David thought it sounded like a coolant leak but would not commit without technician verification. He told me to bring it right over. Covert has always be about customer service. They NEVER do the work without calling for approval first. The girls at the front are always so friendly and attentive. I can't ever remember having a bad experience at Covert Cadilac.
