Wonderful place to have service done.

I was in town to visit my daughter. We had just come from a trip out to the west coast and back. I noticed that we were due for an oil change and decided to go to Covert Cadillac to have it done. GREAT experience. Super service writer. Will use Covert anytime I'm back in Austin and my XTS needs anything.

Covert Cadillac Austin

We were very pleased with our experience at Covert Austin. We were greeted with a smile at the door Joe showed us our options then helped us order the car we wanted. When the ad arrived it was ready as we requested and Jake did a great job of showing us the ends and outs of the vehicle. We are really loving the car.

Exceptional service and people who do care

Hi I bought a 2012 SRX Cadillac and have brought it for maintenance at the dealership every year since buying it. Usually the maintenance is very easy and completed without a hitch. This recent maintenance I decided to get some of the little issues straightened out and had tremendous help from Mark the service manager. He even price matched the fog lights that I had to replace because they cracked. I felt well take. Care of with a very costly process. I also met with David Parker, who is a sales representative, to see if there is another car I could replace my 2012 with. I didn't like any of the new car color combinations. When I asked David about the pin stripes on the new cars, which wasn't on my car, he set me up to have my car pin stripped and a 5m plastic guard put over my door Jambs and the fog lights with the hopes of protecting them so the fog lights don't crack again, and the door jambs don't chip. I was extremely happy with all the help and professionalism in getting my car to look brand new. I'd recommend the Cadillac dealership for sales and services any time. They do make an exceptional effort to give the best service. Karen McNutt

Worked hard to get the deal we needed!

Your team went over and above our expectations. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Great job! We did the majority of our deal over the phone/email. We were allowed to keep our car over night to help in making our decision. The following day was our finance guy's day off. However, he came in any way and wrapped the deal up for us. Thanks for everything!

Highly recommended

Service's stellar. Staff are friendly and helpful with all the other things related to purchase. Chris Tropiano's particularly nice and helpful. They would adapt the schedule to fit mine. Very considerate .
