Another great visit with Covert Cadillac!!
Again, we had our SRX in for scheduled maintenance and received a loaner vehicle. I set up the appointment on line with the service rep I always use (David Pierson) and when I arrived everything was ready to go. David and the staff at Covert, as always, treated me as an old friend. A pleasure doing business with Covert Cadillac no matter what we are doing.

Easy, Honest buying experience
After finding a black, low mile, used FJ Cruiser I contacted Covert. I found another FJ the same color, the same options and around the same miles closer to where I lived. In the end both dealers were close on price. With the exceptional customer I was given by Cory Rutherford I made up my mind that I would drive two hours to buy from Covert. Covert ended up beating the other dealer on vehicle price and on the cost of an extended warranty. I will return to Covert for my next vehicle purchase. The deal was negotiated over the phone and it was very low pressure. Upon arrival the deal was completed quickly. I didn't feel like I was dealing with an inexperienced salesman or a shady dealership. Give Cory Rutherford and Covert a chance if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I purchase a vehicle every 2-3 years and this has been the easiest car buying experience ever!

Wonderful place to have service done.
I was in town to visit my daughter. We had just come from a trip out to the west coast and back. I noticed that we were due for an oil change and decided to go to Covert Cadillac to have it done. GREAT experience. Super service writer. Will use Covert anytime I'm back in Austin and my XTS needs anything.
