DO NOT Take your vehicle here!! MUST READ

Attn: Dallas Ft. Worth Jeep folks. If you need warranty work done, DO NOT take your vehicle to Grapevine Dodge / Jeep / Ram. There is a director of service there, Santiago Ramirez, who forced my new Jeep off the lot (told my service advisor to get it out of there) before they spent enough time trying to diagnose a problem (loose PCM plug) He thought it had been there “too long” I was at the point of almost filing a Lemon Law claim or just trading it and losing tons of money because of that cocky guy. I took it to the dealership in Denton, TX and they fixed the problem in 2 hours.

Be Warned

Horrible incompetence at this dealership. Went to the dealership to get my car serviced and they had to order a part and they said it may take a few months because of supply chain issues. Well I waited , and after not hearing anything from them for several months I called in to check on it , and they never even ordered the part !! Management is rude and never tried to make things right with me. Be warned if you go here , crooks and liars abound.

Worst Dealer Experience Ever

There was absolutely nothing good about this experience. Lease a truck 3 years ago and aside from them messing up the affidavit for personal property tax is was a good experience. Decide to return and upgrade my truck. First was bait and switch they advertised price $6k less than MSRP however when financing through Chrysler capital with lowest APR truck went to MSRP price. Should have been first "walk away". They initially offered about $33k for my truck which I balked "second time I should have walked away" at and the agreed to $38k which they kind of put that is a good deal. (Already have an offer from a dealer for $40k). They said they had a program to covert lease to loan and payoff lease with my buyout price. Evidently lease give dealers market buyout price. I bought the new truck and signed paperwork to convert the lease to loan. Was notified that the bank denied all the paperwork and that I would have to convert my lease to loan myself. So now have a truck that I want and one I do not. Whatever change in 3 years has occurred at this dealer has been for the worst.

Over priced

Overpriced for a PCM and gasket cover. They will rob you. Go elsewhere. Charging over 1300 for a job that is not worth that much at all.

Boycott this dealership

I had a bad experience at the service department waiting 9 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and a recall done.spoke to the general manager about the situation he told me he'd make it a priority to get it done quickly. After he made that promise to me he made himself unavailable for the rest of the day to speak to me. Spoke with a few other managers but they were all so rude. So I sat patiently and waited my 9 hours. Couple days later I tried to reach out to the corporate office and because I did so they informed Chrysler that my business is no longer welcome at this dealership. Talk about retaliation this is how their ownership treats customers who have legitimate complaints. I'm a disabled combat veteran no longer welcomed at Grapevine Dodge. Please anybody who cares about combat veterans would boycott this dealership.

Customer service is as bad as it comes.

I've been duped on the sales side and even worse on service. My car has 10k miles on it and is only 2 years old. After tinkering with my car for a month they informed me that I needed to pay them $20k for a new engine! They say my warranty is void because even though I changed the oil every 4k miles or less, I went more than six months at one point. It's there fault more than it is mine that it went that long. I discovered that they changed the oil four months before I bought the car. I then waited about six months and 4k miles to change it for the first time but it turns out that it was 10 months because of their negligence. Their sales department pulled a fast one on me too. They had two dealer add-ons that were both called similar names and the same price. Two $599 charges, one called PDR for paint dent prevention and another called Paint Protector for $599 also. They said it had already been applied to the vehicle by the dealer so I could buy the vehicle without it. All the while you think they are talking about one $599 charge until you get home and slowly read over the contract. Then there was an $1800 charge for some APEX GPS crap. I still don't know what it does but I sure paid for it. Oh it's not over yet. I also paid $900 for some APEX PROTECTION PLAN. Some debt cancelation nonsense, like GAP insurance but not really. It's all racket. I also bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and six months later a part in the steering wheel column had to be replaced. Grapevine DCJ said that they no longer make the part even though the Jeep was practically brand new! They said that they didn't like something about the steering wheel column design on the first few hundred cars they made for that year model and so they changed the design and didn't hold back any extras for replacement. They totaled the vehicle and said "too bad you don't have GAP insurance" and left me in an upside down loan (a payment they lured me into) and so I couldn't afford to replace it. This dealer stinks, Chrysler stinks, go elsewhere!

Purchased new car

My wife and I bought a used car over the weekend. I want to give a shout out to Kevin Patterson, he truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. This is third car I have purchased from him, and I promise you it won't my the last. If you want someone honest and with character. See Kevin, I promise you he won't disappoint you. Also, Alan with Finance was phenomenal. He knew we already went beyond our limits and made sure to take care of us with a nice warranty package. Was patient and calm through the entire process. I have never had a car buying experience like I did over the weekend. Thank you Kevin and Alan.
