We arrived to the Grapevine Dodge dealership shopping for a new Ram truck. Within just a few minutes, a very professional, personable salesman met us. After introductions, he asked what our needs and wants in a vehicle were. Rather than stand out in the sun and sweat, he took us air conditioned showroom, did a specific search for our needs, and shows us several vehicles. The saleswoman was persistent, but not pushy nor rude in his efforts to sell us what WE wanted, not what he thought we should buy. In the end, he found our dream truck!! During the negotiation and paperwork phase, we were offered refreshments, to include lunch! The finance manager was equally friendly and personable. The knowledge displayed by the staff, on various processes in several areas was impressive. We will definitely go back to Grapevine Dodge when the time comes to buy again.

2009 Jeep Patriot
I bought my 2009 Jeep Patriot here and have been taking it back to them each time I need it serviced. Have had nothing but great work and the service writer Phil Cruzon is outstanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else

2016 Scat Pack
First off, I hate when they attack you as soon as you pull in. No dealership should do that. At least wait til they ask for help. My salesman, Joseph, was a new guy but did a great job. Great communication as well as Stu, the finance guy. They went above and beyond to get the deal done but it did take about a week or so to get it done. Don't be afraid to turn a deal down and then go back. I have yet to go back for mtc or any other needs so I can't comment on that.

Great Service on a used vehicle purchase
My daughter located a couple of used vehicles that she wanted to check on. When she went to the dealership they showed her those vehicles and another one that she wasn't aware of. She really liked that one and asked me to go back and look at it with her. Renae was very helpful both times. She was very thorough and service oriented. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we went to talk to Dilon(spelling?) in finance. He had everything ready at the payment level she had been quoted; but, he told us he wanted to work on it some more. To our very pleasant surprise, he got the payments down by $80 per month (same number of months) by continuing to check on better financing options. We felt that he went above and beyond what was expected. We were very happy with our dealings with both Renae and Dilon.
