Avoid This Dealership at All Costs If I could give

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and relentless with their harassment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, sloppy, and pushy. The test drive experience was unimpressive, and their sales tactics were beyond aggressive. The worst part? Even after explicitly telling them to stop calling me, they continue to harass me with nonstop calls. It’s clear they have no respect for potential customers. Their lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills makes it clear that they do not deserve anyone’s business. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else where they actually value customers and run a professional operation. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Negotiated defined amount to finish the business.

Negotiated defined amount to finish the business. Got negative, thanked for the time and left. Been turned back at the entrance with the handshake and words: “manager agreed, let’s get the deal”. Deal was the defined amount for ALL. Stressing this out for ALL!!! That’s the reason of coming back to finalize the deal. Part of the deal was the downpayment 1000$ from negotiated price (my negotiated price minus 1000$ so the final price HAS TO BE less for 1000$ after downpayment). Client should thoroughly read documents. That’s my mistake I admit. Using my stress and exhaustion after 4 hours deal, final price has not included downpayment that I realized the next day at home. It’s ok, I signed the papers. It’s my bad but I’ll never come back to INFINITI on Camelback now, wanted to buy next vehicle before the incident, though. Do not recommend their service. Don't buy from this dealership.

Don't buy from this dealership. They will tell you anything to make the sale. I was already approved before I came to the dealership to buy a 2020 QX80 but Antonio said he could get me a better rate. So he ran my credit with about 10 other banks which lowered my score. Instead of the 8 percent he promised he got me at a 9.05 percent I was approved for 9.5 percent with my bank. He said if I set up a bank account and do automatic payment they would take off 1 percent, I ask the bank this they didn't know what I was talking about. During my purchase I notice one of the chairs didn't have a headrest they said they can get me one when the deal is done, the car was also pulling to the right, they said they fixed but it still pulls to the right. After calling a texting about the headrest, I just went to the dealership and ask about it and of course no one knew what I was taking about and they said Antonio no longer works there because of things like this. During my visit I felt like that don't tell the truth so I asked about my warranty plan that should be Platinum, they check and said you have the a Sliver package. I checked my paperwork and I have the gold package. The reason why I got confused is because I needed to sign two different sets of paperwork because Antonio couldn't get the percentage he promised so he lowered the amount I needed to pay for the warranty. so the deal didn't workout so I guess he changed the package too and I didn't notice. So when i was at the dealership they said they can't help with with anything and the manager that also worked with me that night named Ricardo didn't want to talk with me about it and sent someone else to talk with me about my issues. Overall I didn't expect an infiniti dealership to treat me like this and my family have been buying infiniti cars since 1990. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AND I RECOMMEND OTHER NOT TO EITHER

The day before I purchased the 2024 QX50 Sport , the provided a 24 hours test one, saying it was exactly the same. I liked the test, next day I signed the lease, and found out missing things that the test one had. I was livid, the sales and managers are deceiving. Then today I found out I am missing a tool. I told the sales person many times I wanted a AWD QX50 with towing capability. This dealer has a bad reputation among their Infinity dealership peers. I went to the Scottsdale Infiniti go to purchase the other stuff I needed. Don’t buy from this dealership .It is strange this site is showing good reviews when yelp has bad reviews. I was willing to cancel the lease and get the QX60 with the towing capability.

I had an issue with my car and was leaving to go out of

I had an issue with my car and was leaving to go out of town with it in the coming days and Josh was able to fit me in quickly. He was efficient, thorough, professional, friendly, and helpful.
