I had another great experience at infiniti on camelback. Shelby Clark made sure I was taken care of and back on the road very quickly. I definitely enjoyed the customer experience and professionalism. I will definitely be back for service.

Great overall experience with infinity on camelback’s service department! They completed all work in a timely manner and to expectations! Communication was excellent and pricing is fair . Shelby my service advisor makes the process easy and really takes care of you !

This dealership reached out to me via Facebook to purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. I knew I could get more money selling to a private party but was convinced to sell to them because I was told it would be a much easier process. Almost a month later and I still don't have a check from them. I was finally told I could come in today to get a check but left empty handed. After I drove several hours to the dealership to get the check, they said they didn't have the title yet from my lending bank and will not release my check yet. Very poor communication from Jasmine. I called by bank and they said they released the title 2 weeks ago. Bank of America says it is out of their hands now and the dealership should have the title by now. I suspect they don't have the funds to pay me. I'm contacting an attorney. Do not sell your vehicle to this dealership. Do not trust what they say. Check other reviews online and you'll see others had this problem, so it's not unusual for them to take this long to pay their customers when purchasing vehicles. I wish I checked reviews before selling them my truck.

As we shared, we have been waiting on the arrival of your title from your lender before we could cut you the check. Josh was great. Got the car right in and was done 20 minutes early even with servicing a recall. We were very impressed. Nice folks.
