Excellent

Excellent service from the sales person Tanner who answered all my questions, helped understand my needs and work my sale. I appreciated the at home service going over my car with Lon. Rich and Luis the General Manager were easy to work with and responsive! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Lon has been the best part of my experience so far. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I explained my disappointment with my first visit and was told that he would address my concerns. Bottom line, I can buy a car anywhere, Create an experience that make infinity my only option.

We had a great buying experience with our salesman Tanner. He was knowledgeable and provided an easygoing experience, which was appreciated. Lon came by our residence for a training session and resolved a couple of questions and a mi or issue regarding the map software. He was very helpful and showed us several features we were not aware of.

Best buying process ever!!!

I recommend this dealer to all my family and friends. The best buying experience I have ever had. They didn’t pressure me at all, and had me out the door in no time. Even came to my home so my wife could sign paperwork. Just purchased a 2015 QX60 and it’s the perfect car for our growing family. Thank you Infiniti on Camelback!!!!

Rich is honest, customer focused & goes above & beyond

I am on my 4th lease from Infiniti On Camelback & cannot imagine going anywhere else. They do everything possible to meet everyone’s needs. If it’s not feasible due to various factors(top example in general is price), & regardless they still treat everyone with the upmost respect. They try & present solutions & suggestions to meet everyone’s needs while being completely honest. Price/Paymens are the #1 reason people get frustrated but that is everywhere. I get it as we all want the “best deal”, & again they sincerely do their best. Hopefully everyone has a successful purchase. Lastly, all departments you had interaction with will remember you in the future & make it feel like home.

Awesome people!!

Jacob and Luis were great!! Very pleasant and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Dealing with dealerships is always the last thing that many people want to do, but this dealership made it very easy!! Got a great deal on a 19 QX 60 and a week later we are asking about a QX50 for my daughter!! Thanks so much!!!

Worst car buying experience ever. Would not recommend.

Be aware if you are buying a vehicle from this place, they tag on additional fees for stuff that you don't get a say in. Dont believe their prices online and dont believe the salesman. It seems like their process of orienting new employees on their product and services is very poorly done. Our guy gave us all the wrong information. **Update Edit** After my review was posted, I was given a number to contact Luis Becerra. His service recovery skills were exceptional. Although he could not change the rate I got and the difference between what I would have got versus what I actually got was minimal, it was the principal behind it that mattered to me. Luis was patient in listening to my experience, acknowledged my frustration and showed he cared about the experience his customers have at his dealership. I appreciated that he took the time and effort to attempt a service recovery. His efforts have made my rating change from 1 star to 5 stars. I hope that his team can follow his example and work ethics.
