We had a very positive experience at Romain Subaru mainly because of our salesman, Tyler Emmett. He started off by actually listening to our needs, wants & opinions. He was respectful, polite & genuine. He patiently and truthfully answered all of our questions & concerns. He offered us the perfect car on his first try. I had just purchased a used car from Romain Cross point and totaled it 4 days later. my experiance was so great I knew where I was going back to get my next car. They were so great there knowing what all had happened. I had Von Rogers as my sales agent. He is the best sincerely. He went above and beyond on helping me get into the car I really wanted. I got the Subaru I had my eye on for a while. Von made my wife and I feel like good friends. I will never go any place else to buy a car.
