Just wanted to express my experience with Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park My long standing dealer is Don Kipp. We were given a call to set up appointment to come in and have a talk about trading in my current lease Buick Encore 2015. Upon arriving we were greeted at the door and offered something to drink and escorted to Don Kipp's office. He introduced us to his trainee he was shadowing and we got started finding out what Roamin has to offer and what I was wanting. Don went to work checking inventory to locate what I was looking for and with the discount specials and a little work we found the vehicle. After having Encore shipped in by the first Monday received call to come in and papers would be ready to sign. Don Kipp is a very good salesman and he puts you at ease, will go back again and recommend Romain Crosse Point Auto Park and Don Kipp to anyone.
