HAPPY NEW GMC OWNER

Bought a new Vehicle from Romain Cross Pointe, dealt with Christian Russell, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and closing the deal was as painless as it could be. I'd go back.

Smoothest process to purchase a vehicle ever

Christian made the process of searching & finding my vehicle very simple. I appreciated how easy he made the process & was very helpful with any concerns or questions i had. Even in the freezing temperatures we had i wanted to test drive vehicles he gladly pulled each one around that i was interested in. I can?t thank the guys of Romain enough for such apleasant experience the entire time i was there!

very disappointed

I had inquired about a vehicle I wanted to purchase but was told they didnt reserve vehicles for customers. I really wanted the vehicle so I called back to find out they in fact do let customers put a deposit on vehicles to hold them but the vehicle had been sold within the 2 hours I had originally spoke with someone. I Will not try buying another vehicle from this dealership.

Bought a new truck from Jeramie. Excellent

Jeramie did a nice job of getting the paperwork done in a short time frame. It was cold that day so the clean up took too long but overal quite good

Excellent

I had an excellent buying experience with Romain. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Acadia, and Von Rogers kept his eye out and found the right one for me! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. Very personable. Made me (and my daughter) feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Answered all questions and resolved any issues I had.
