Don Kipp was very helpful in helping us to obtain the automobile that we wanted. It is always a pleasure to go to Romain's auto mall as the facility is always spotless and the coffee, soft drinks and cookies are always readily available. Great buying experience!!!

What a really fantastic experience at GMC Romain Buick. One of the absolute BEST things about it was the fact that when I was shopping around at various dealers looking at what vehicle I wanted to buy and where to buy it from?they didn?t call and hound me after I visited them- not even once! Other locations kept calling and calling to the point of harassment. That was the reason I chose to buy at Romain. Nobody wants that....thank you Romain for ?getting that?. I was extremely pleasantly surprised with that. They stood out in a positive way for NOT doing that. All of the staff were very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend.

A good buying experience

I had a specific SUV and color in mind; Romain found one and let me know when it arrived. They held it for me so I could return from a weekend vacation, and did everything they could to make the SUV available for me. We are very pleased with the new SUV and the buying experience at Romain.

Outstanding!

Lauren Gilbert (Assistant Service Manager) was outstanding to work with. (I drive a Cadillac Escalde and they were booked up...but she was able to fit me in the GMC Service Area Schedule on short notice). She was very professional, detailed and highly attentive! I watched her interaction with 2 other customers besides myself. She displayed the same professional and attentive demeanor and was very expeditious processing their appointments/paperwork. For all my future servicing needs I hope to deal with her. If she was a sales rep for Romain I would buy my next Cadillac from her! She is definitely the type of high caliber employee you want representing you!!

Patience and knowledgeable salesperson

Our salesperson was very helpful and concerned that we make the correct auto choice . He had us test drive several differant vehicles and explained the differant qualities of each one. Very helpful comfortable to deal with.

I'm over it.

We had a bad experience due to timing with a vacation, and I wrote a bad review. The response from the dealership wasn't great, but i probably expected too much.

In addition, once the part did arrive the technician encountered installation issues causing additional delay. I understand the frustrations of preparing to leave for vacation and not having your vehicle ready to go. I regret we were unable to have a loaner available for your use; however, we had already assigned our allocation of loaner vehicles to other customers that day. Fantastic staff!
