Jeff Duncan is not the high pressured salesman you find at most car dealerships . He took his time with us, talked about all our options and even suggested we test drive other vehicles to make sure we were making the right decision. Because of this approach, we felt ready to make our decision without any reservations. We purchased a 2017 Legacy and love it. Jacob, service manager, has also been great. The Romain team is very special. There are many dealerships out there but none compare to the Romain Experience. They have made believers out of us.

I have bought 3 cars from Romain Cross Pointe in the last 4 years. I have been ecstatic with every aspect of my purchase for each car! My salesmen were David Jones and Jason Woosley. Both men went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience and a great deal. Anytime someone asks where I purchased my vehicles, I ALWAYS recommend them. They are patient while you are trying to make a decision and do not pressure you either way. Jason sold me the first car (used 2009 Subaru Legacy). It was totaled in an accident. Jason kept me informed as to what cars came on the lot in my price range, until the insurance settled and I could make another purchase (2010 Subaru Forester). David went on 5 test drives with me for my 3rd purchase and endured endless questions (2010 Chevy Mailibu)! Both men are excellent to deal with!! One of my vehicles has the Romain Life Time Warranty, so that means I deal with the Service area for any maintenance that is needed. I can honestly say that I am impressed with the Service area too. I have absolutely no complaints with any contact I have had with Romain. I still have the Subaru Forester and the Chevy Malibu, but when the time comes to purchase again, I will only look at Romain!

First time I visited this dealership but it won't be my last! I simply went to look at cars not to purchase on this day as I had three other dealerships I wanted to visit. No one was pushy, all were VERY friendly, professional and made me feel very welcome! The person that helped me was named Don! I left there with a beautiful Buick LaCrosse! I felt like even if I did not purchase they would be the same! Sometimes you just get a feel for people and I have visited many dealerships over the years! I'll tell as many people as I can about Romain! They are in a League of their own! Try them you will love them!!!

I was needing to trade in my car before the miles got too high. My daughter had gone thru Romaine and really liked their service dept. so, she went thru the list of sales people listed and was impressed with comments on Brian Trask, so that's who I went with. I'm so happy I did. He was the nicest guy to help me find what I really wanted. He never pressured me once. And me being a girl, we sometimes feel intimidated, but I never did with him. We test drive several vehicles before I decided what I wanted. Then to top it off, they didn't have the color I wanted, so he and his manager got on line and found me one. Everyone I dealt with that day went over and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable and happy with the vehicle I wanted. Brian is such a courteous man and I never felt like I was wasting his time by being a little picky. I highly recommend Brian to anyone. I have already given his cards to a few friends/family looking for a new vehicle. Romain in lucky to have him on their staff. Thank you Brian for everything you did for me!!

We are very pleased with our 2017 Buick envision we purchased from Romain Buick in Evansville Our salesman Don Kippe was very professional and knowledgeable concerning The dealerships inventory It was not our intention to purchase a vehicle that day however Mr. Kippe showed us the special for the month explained the features and I knew that was the vehicle we needed. A big thank you to Mr. Kippe and to all the team at Romain. The two reasons we purchased the car at Romain were Buicks reputation and Don Kippes salesmanship.
