New truck!
Brian Trask and the financial advisor were both excellent! We were very happy with our new vehicle, which he found for us, and they both helped us on getting the payment we needed for the vehicle and options we wanted. We had a lease turn in at the same time and they totally took care of us. We wouldn't buy anywhere else and we definitely refer family and friends!

Great experience my salesman Brian Trask was great
I was treated so wonderful by everyone I even walked by. My salesman Brian Trask made everything so easy. Even my finance man was pleasant and very, very helpful. In the past 30 years my wife and I have purchased a number of used cars from Romain Buick. Also, in the past 20 years, my grandson and I have purchased used autos from Romain. Don Kipp has been of tremendous help for all three of us over the past four years! Dennis, Austin, and Jason have also been very helpful through the business office and sales assistance. New truck purchase
I visited the dealership after receiving a promotional flyer in the mail. I hadn't been thinking about replacing my current truck, but was just curious of how good a deal I could get based on the incentives listed on the sales flyer. The salesman that greeted me was Terry Garoutte. He was very courteous and professional. Terry was very patient and thorough while showing me several vehicles, to help me find the perfect one for me. I was very impressed with the whole process. I experienced no high pressure or intimidating coercive efforts at any time. The entire staff were all very kind and professional, making sure I was completely satisfied and had a positive experience. I received a great deal, better than I had expected. I was also very impressed with how clean and well maintained the facility was kept.

Second visit at Romain
I had worked at Romain before for a year and I knew they would treat me right. I had Jason to help me out on my second buying experience and he treated me as legacy. Did everything he could and got me driving my new explorer. I was hustle free the whole time and even worked on price which I knew they would . Jason retouched my phone system in my SUV and retouch the front bumper as I had mentioned to him. I got a loaner from Enrique and Randy is just exceptional who is one of the boss I ever had. Kudos for the whole team at Romain. I am happy with my purchase and I hope they keep the customer satisfaction experience for life. Thank you guys.

We have been looking for awhile for a certain color, and make, and model of a GMC car. We finally found on internet the car we wanted. Was a distance to drive but was excited. After arriving at dealership, we all realized that there was amiss communication about the car and price. Very disappointed, they brought out all there inventory and found us a car that was close to what we wanted, even changed and added a few things . They all went way above and beyond trying to make us happy and our experience a pleasant one. Although 4.5 hours away. We would go back in a heart beat.

Great Buying Experience!
I was making a long distance purchase. I had many questions and they were all answered by my sales person Jason Woolsey. I must have had at least 50 texts and several phone calls and Jason was very kind and patient with me. I am a very particular person and Jason was my eyes and nose on the ground. Yes nose, I even had him verify that the car was a non smokers car and no odors. After I decided I wanted to look at the car, I complicated it even further...I needed picked up at the airport. Again, Jason did as I requested without questions or complaints. The dealership is very clean, offers drinks and snacks, and free wifi. There was never any pressure. As I did my paperwork, the car was being detailed even though it was very clean to begin with. How many times have you had the dealership manager come out and greet you and thank you for your business. At Romain that is exactly what happened. They made you feel very special. I would rate myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a very difficult customer a solid 11. Romain satisfied me in every way. Thank you Jason! Had it not been for you, my wife's dream car would not be in our garage.

Worth the trip!
Great experience! Worked with Sam, he was patient and very knowledgeable. No pressure sales tactics. Would definitely return and recommend. Drove down from Indy,it was worth the trip.
