We purchased an Ascent and Forester from Tyler Emmett at Romain this year and so far we are happy with both of them. Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable of the vehicles and easy to work with. We will purchase our next vehicle from him when the time comes.

Ashamed and humiliated

They don't deserve a rating. You trust or believe anything they tell you. The worst experience in my life. When it comes to car dealers. I'm ashamed of there name on my truck. Even there own employee's tell me they are give me a run around. And no matter who you talk to they blame someone else in the company. I would like to buy a billboard in front of there business and say buyer Beware. I'm ashamed of there name on my truck. But I will let others know of my experience.

I purchased a new Subaru Forester from Romain.

I purchased a new Subaru Forester from Romain. This was my first Subaru after doing a lot of research to find a good, safe vehicle. My Salesman, Tyler Emmett, walked me thru the entire process, explaining everything, and ensuring I understood. After the sale was completed he spent almost an hour going over the accessories and operation of the vehicle. I have been buying cars for over 55 years and this dealership offered customer service unlike any that I had previously experienced. I was very pleased with the service and am enjoying my new vehicle immensely.

We recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Tyler Emmett

We recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Tyler Emmett at Romain Subaru. This is the second time we chose to buy from Tyler at Cross Pointe and we’re we’re very pleased with the whole process. In the past, we have chosen a car on the lot, but this time we ordered a car and chose each feature we wanted. It worked out wonderfully. Tyler Emmett was very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us updated and answered all our questions. We were given an excellent price for our trade-in and we’re happy with the cost of the new car. We have recommended Tyler to several of our friends and “steer” them in the direction of Romain Subaru.

Unprofessional salesman

I went there today to test drive a vehicle I saw posted on Facebook for under 5, thousand dollars, not looking for anything expensive or new , just something to get me on the road because my car was totaled in a car accident not my fault,I even called before I came out and the lady said it wouldn't be a problem, when I got there the salesman told me it was junk and everything I saw online I asked about and he kept saying they weren't good cars,then he went on to show me vehicle's that were 30 thousand or more.He was very unprofessional.I told him I just wanted to purchase something cheap,I have some money now for my car being totaled so Im not looking for anything with payments.He was no help at all,I won't be back
