The car checked out as expected, my mechanic all fluids and filters except oil need to be changed. Even though I gave requested info in advance, I had to wait 2 hours for your finance department to prepare documents on a cash sale. I was told you would fill up tank, you didn’t and I barely made it home on a reserve tank

Had to have all four fuel injectors replaced on my 2018 CR-V. (Serious Honda issue). My 3 year warranty had expired, but this was a known issue and Honda knows it. My service representative, Casey, went above and beyond to help me out with this misfortune. He made me and my wife feel at ease and assured me that he would do everything in his power to get the repairs covered in full from Honda. He didn't promise, but said that the fuel injector issue was wide spread with this engine and that Honda is fully aware and should pay for it, and that if they didn't, he would open up a case with Honda Corporate to see if I could get payment assistance. During the time that Auto Nation Honda in Spokane Valley had my car (about 3 to 4 weeks) Casey kept in communication with me to let me know the status of getting the parts (which were on back order due to the amount of failed injectors world wide) and the status of dealing with the Honda Corporate representative that needed to review my case and sign off on paying for the repairs. Casey also provided us with a loaner vehicle at Honda's expense for the entire time the CR-V was in their shop. In the end, Honda picked up the tab for the injector replacement. (Thank's for standing behind your product Honda!) I have nothing but praise for the Service Center at AutoNation Honda in Spokane Valley. The whole team provided my wife and I with honest and trustworthy service. For some reason, those qualities are hard to find at other Honda service centers. Not here. I will forever in the future have our car serviced at AutoNation Honda in Spokane Valley. Not all service centers are created equal and this is why. They just provide outstanding service, and I'm glad our paths crossed. There's just no reason to go anywhere else.

Very satisfied with the in-person experience purchasing out Pilot. Not very happy with the lack of communication regarding our second set of keys. Promised a call back numerous times, but never heard back. Still waiting for someone to tell us the status of our second fob that was promised. The vehicle is AMAZING.

We brought the car in for an oil change and finally found a person who was willing to give us the time to plan accordingly for what to expect on our next service visit (as far as additional services needed). This is huge since most places won't say until the last minute. Alot of people are not fortunate enough to be able to pay for additional services without planning and budgeting for it. The people are amazing and my car runs great which we bought at this dealership as well
