I've always been treated very well there - the staff is

I've always been treated very well there - the staff is considerate and let's me know what needs to be done and when. I do not feel take advantage of or treated like an idiot when I'm there (I'm a woman and that can happen with people in this profession). It was nice to see a woman working in the service department as well.

Purchase a vehicle that AC did not work.

Purchase a vehicle that AC did not work. The person in charge of the dealership made me feel intimidated. He also threatened to call the police instead of having the manager take care of the contract.

Hunter was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable

Hunter was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and researched all of the information I had asked him to. The show room was very comfortable and the people were friendly.

I was a bit put off at the 2 hour delay that was

I was a bit put off at the 2 hour delay that was initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were also down a couple of associates. I was fine once I knew why the delay. Upon completion it was made aware they would be picking up the cost of my service that day due to the delay and poor communication. I was not expecting and did not ask for this freebie, but they insisted. this is one of the reasons I continue to come to Auto Nation Honda. they are the best, Thank you
