Purchased several vehicles from solid rock. Will not go to any other dealership, best used car dealership that I’ve ever been to They are up front and honest, and stand behind their products and service. Highly recommend you stop and see them for your next purchase.

Bought a truck and warranty from them. Worst mistake of my life! Several complaints. Was supposed to replace sensors, never did. Several promises never came through on. Had a bad oil leak, just put a liquid fixture in it to fix it. The engine ended up blowing up. Said warranty doesn’t cover it even tho I paid for the full coverage on and got more expensive warranty. Now stuck with a truck with a engine that doesn’t and oh over 10k on it and it doesn’t even run. Completely got scammed and screwed over. Absolutely don’t buy from them! Worst dealership Experience I ever had! They took complete advantage of me and now I am with no ride and still paying for the mistake of trusting them. They are not reliable vehicles! They are look nice but it’s all a scam to take your money! I wish I never bought from them!!! Please do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership! This place will take full advantage of you and you will suffer the consequences! I bought from them and now I have yard ornament that costs me every month. They left me broke and without a ride bc I trusted them. I repeat please don’t end up in the same shoes I am in. Never thought I would be screwed over as bad I did bc the owner doesn’t care about the products he sells, he just wants your money and doesn’t care about how he gets it. I am in an absolute nightmare bc of them!

Solid Rock is a great place to go if you are looking for a quality used vehicle. Dan and his staff were friendly and made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy.

Short version: I truly can’t recommend Solid Rock more. If you’re looking for a great vehicle at a great price from honest people, this is the spot. Long version: I recently worked with Dan at Solid rock to purchase a new vehicle. I came in contact with Solid Rock at the end of a very long and frustrating car buying experience with several other dealerships. Needless to say, I wasn’t looking forward to the car buying process. However, from the start Dan was straight forward, up front, and honest which is unique especially in the car buying business. After deciding I was going to buy the vehicle, my financing fell through which meant a we had to find a new method of financing...Dan worked with us patiently in the following days until this was settled and offered support when needed. Like I said above, not only does solid rock need expectations of price and quality, they exceed expectations with their service and honesty. Buy here!

What a great truck buying experience! Dan is a great guy to deal with, no pressure or hard sell, just wanting a satisfied customer! I bought my new 2008 Colorado 4x4, and drove it home the same day; a one owner (free CarFax) quality vehicle with low miles for its age, very well maintained and with a 3 month service contract included in the internet pricing. I had a minor issue show up two days off the lot and he took good care of me. I would certainly shop there again, and would recommend him to friends and family. You won't be sorry!

I went to look to buy a truck I explained what my situation and what I needed and drove out with the truck I wanted with a great price
