I bought my car there and have continued to return for maintenance services. I have yet to be disappointed. It feels great, especially as a woman, to know that I can trust who is servicing my car. Very good repair job with a couple of issues taken care of at a great price, and great selection of lightly used luxury cars. Wifi a plus and always some great candy to snack on while waiting or browsing.

I bought a 06 mustang gt from LW automotive and i love the car after i made all the repairs that i had to make in order to make it run up to pair. But i was horrified at the dishonesty i recieved from them. I have spent over $2000 in repairs in the short time i have owned the car and i will never being doing any car shopping at LW automotive and i will make sure to tell others to use precaution.

I have never been a car enthusiast, and when my car was totaled, I spent 6 weeks looking at cars and was still undecided of what I wanted. I hadn't bought a car in 15 years and the process made me anxious. My shopping experience left me frustrated and uninspired thus far. I had come to LW Automotive from Columbus OH through a referral from a family/friend, and I was hoping to buy a Saab. However, when my eyes met this dazzling elegant silver cat on the lot, I fell in love immediately, and it was "end of story"! I purchased a 2005 STR Jaguar from Lorne in Oct, and have been absolutely thrilled with my new pet. I have not had one problem to date, not even a blimp. My car drives powerful as a muscle car, but floats like a cream puff on a cloud when leisurely driving. Though LW was not the cheapest option (could have bought same car of equal quality from a private person at much lesser cost), I have not looked back or regretted my decision even for an instant. My car was perfect except for a broken vanity mirror and a couple of minor body dings. It also needed a pair of rear tires which I have taken care of since. However, Lorne was very generous and fair in his price. Not only did he deeply discount the invoice, but then without me even asking, Lorne sent me over the moon with an all-inclusive 6 month warranty at his cost offset the cost of the tires and to ease my anxieties over purchasing an upscale car! This man genuinely cared about sending me home happy with peace of mind. In summary, LW is an establishment that will go the extra mile, providing their customers with value, integrity, generosity, and stellar customer service. They will do all they within their power to give you value and satisfaction, anticipating your needs before you do. I am so overjoyed with my purchase, that I have now become an obsessed car enthusiast! I am hoping I can get a 2nd car from Lorne for the winter. Save yourself time and grief; get a car you love from people you can trust. I was looking for a used awd car that was good on gas. I search all over the web. I noticed 4 different Audis that were in my price range at L&W auto. They were pretty much in my price range. They got me fianced the same day I was there. This was a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I had been looking around for a nice, clean car to replace my 99 Chevy Tracker. I found an Audi A6 at L.W. Automotive and went to check it out. For a smaller dealership, I was stunned at the vehicles they had in stock, Audi's, Acura's, BMW's, Jaguar's, Ferrari's, classic Mustangs and Camaros, Saab's, VW's and more. After minor negotiation we had an agreement. Some minor work was needed on the A6 and they seemed more than happy to perform the repairs. Their mechanics are top notch and do great work. Everyone there whom I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I would certainly recommend them to friends and relatives and intend to return next time I need to purchase a vehicle.
