I arranged to buy a used 2001 trans am over the internet. Ralph was extremely helpful, and when I had to change my appointment to see the car, he was very understanding. When I got there, the car was clean and waiting. The paperwork was ready to go, and the service was wonderful. I would definitely buy another car from these folks. It was a great experience!

I would recommend this dealer for a used car. I've been looking for a muscle car for almost 2 years. I saw LW automotive had 5/6 to choose from. I ended up getting a Camaro from them. It came with a new pa inspection and is truly a dream car for my wife and I. I owe it all the the guys at LW.

Well lets just say my wife and I have been looking for a used car for over 3 months after our vehicles was totaled. We went all over pittsburgh even ohio. We searched and searched and we finally found the place. My wife ran into our neighbor and we saw their new BMW. They referred us to LW Automotive. We arrived there and they had two Saabs. One was out of our price range and the other fit our budget. It still had low miles and still came with a warranty. They let us take out three different vehicles and we got to look at them and decide. They did not rush us on the purchase and were very professional. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. This review is in response to the review I had previously. The problem has been resolved. Things were rough at first but Lorne, the owner, has contacted me and set me at ease. He was very professional and fair. I would recommend LW automotive to other buyers, they do have a good reputation and try to keep it that way by resolving problems.

I had some problems in the beginning, but Lorne did contact me directly and we have solved the issue at hand. I do recommend LW automotive to other consumers, they do have a very good reputation. I advise dealing with Lorne directly if you have any problems. He was professional and fair.

Had a great experience buying a used car. Dealt with the owner's father. His name is Ralph, and he was very kind, courteous, and easy to deal with. He even gave a little toy to my son before we left the dealership...nice touch! The car I purchased was sold at a great price, lower than BBV. It's in great shape and drives great. Thanks for being fair and honest! I'd buy from this dealership again, and will probably handle my repairs there too.
