Generally a good experience
I've always had my 2005 Trailblazer serviced and repaired at LHM Riverdale since they took over the Saturn dealership. Most of the time my experience is great but I do think who your service consultant is makes a difference. I always try to work with Zak Erwin. He is responsive and helpful. I always have a good experience when I work with him.

Worst service I have ever recieved!
I bought my 2015 Dodge Dart from here 2-3 years ago. My break booster went out so I took it in for repairs. I dropped it off in Dec. 20th and did not receive it back until Jan 1st. I left my current phone number with the person I was dealing with as it had changed and NEVER received a call from them about the status of my car. I always had to call and ask every few days as to what was going on as I needed my vehicle back. The first time I called it took them 18min to even find my car which is crazy to me. My car also had a recall on it and they said they would call me when they got the part in to replace it. They never did that either. My parents went to pick my car up on the 31st since I had work and did not even receive an apology to relate to me for the time it took or how unprofessional they had been with their lack of communication and did not even take a penny off their quote they gave at all. I will NEVER be taking my car back here for anything other than possibly an oil change and I will NEVER consider buying a car from them in the future from how they treated me, which i was planning on doing when my current car was paid off. Thank you for showing me just what you think of your loyal customers LHM of Riverdale. I greatly appreciate it!

My car needed recalls and ended up not starting, they called a tow company right away and had my car transported for me. There was no problem and it was done quickly and easily with little to do on my part.

Their service specialists aren't as kind or knowledgeable as they used to be, but overall these guys are great. They're always extremely busy, so it's hard to get in and get out, but I'm always happy with the end result!

Install a new engine

Journey check engine light repair
They were able to my car and get it repaired within an excellent time frame. They were honest and communicated well. I would recommend LHM Dodge in riverdale for sure.

Over one month for one rim and tires,and didn't fix the broken window. When we first took the vehicle in there we waited a week then called to see how it was going. They said they didn't have my vehicle and did not have the keys. Me and the wife went there to help locate the vehicle and they had found it and the key.

I usually have great service when I have a issue with my Journey. This time I took my car in for repairs and a oil change. The oil change was completed but the repairs weren’t even addressed. I had a issue with my windshield wiper connection and it was popped back into place but was quoted on my maintenance that it more than likely would pop off again. The whole point of taking my car in is to have it repaired so I wouldn’t have to go again for the same issue. I also have a bad squeal coming from my driver side window. They checked the door and said “no noise” it wasn’t the door!

Always excellent service! Everyone is friendly, and they are fast. I buy the 3 pack of oil changes, and will never take my car anywhere else!
