Service

I usually have great service when I have a issue with my Journey. This time I took my car in for repairs and a oil change. The oil change was completed but the repairs weren’t even addressed. I had a issue with my windshield wiper connection and it was popped back into place but was quoted on my maintenance that it more than likely would pop off again. The whole point of taking my car in is to have it repaired so I wouldn’t have to go again for the same issue. I also have a bad squeal coming from my driver side window. They checked the door and said “no noise” it wasn’t the door!

Caravan

So, far so good. They did a good job! My van has not had any problems so far since they worked on my van. I have been going there every time I have needed a oil change.

Had my emissions done and it was fast and painless. Friendly help and took care of my taxes and registration why I was there. Facility clean and comfortable.

Friendly Servt

Took my wife's Jeep in for the emissions test and LHM Riverdale was friendly and happy to get the job done. I'll continue to use them.

Express lube

Scheduled and appointment for an oil change. Staff were all friendly as usual and nice waiting area. I was told it would be about an hour and when I walked in the waiting area it was pretty full so I set my mind to being there my ch longer however within an hour my name was called and I was back on the road. Great work!

General Manager

Landon,was great to deal with. The only issues was that it took 2 full weeks to get the part in. We needed the car to head to St. George for the week. We were notified it was done when we were half way to St. George. Hopefully it is fixed.

Experience

I had a pre approved loan with the credit union LHM uses. But still, they ‘needed all of my information again. It took an hour and a half to finally leave the dealership, when the last vehicle I bought took 20 minutes total from start to finish. I drove 360 /- miles to complete this transaction, when technically all I needed to do was sign papers and leave. The following day I received three or so emails saying I didn’t give them my financial records.... the credit union already had the information, and: all the credit union needed was the amount to send to LHM. I’m not sure I would use them again.

Didn’t get it right the first time

Went in for an oil change and they didn’t reinstall my air filter box correctly which in turn caused my check engine light to come on but they promptly fixed the issue when I returned my vehicle.

Time consuming but Satisfied!

Brought my car in for repairs, my warranty covered all of it. Landon was great to work with and helped me out a lot. The shuttle service took some time, but understandable. I got my car back and discovered grease all over the carpet and door panel. Had to bring it back in while juggling with the holidays, but as a courtesy for the left behind grease, I got a free detail. Detail wasn't amazing, but the grease came out and that is all I cared about. Again, Landon was super great and awesome to work with. I'm glad he is my go-to person when I have issues with my car.

Oil change and tire rotation
