Service dept leaves a lot to be desired.
LHM Riverdale dealership slightly improved from the last time I got servicing. It only took 2.5 hrs to complete a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The last servicing five months ago took 3 hrs. I’m disappointed at the lack of efficiency, customer service and laissez faire attitudes from MOST of the employees. Attention to detail is not their strong suit as proven from the attempted car wash done to my vehicle. Literally, there was a clean stripe around my vehicle and the rest of the body was untouched and dirty. This lack of customer care and pride is what I’ve experienced to date. I will go elsewhere for future services.

I called about a Hyundai Sonata about a month ago and was told it was available. When I arrived, I was told that someone from the dealership had bought it so when I looked online the next day it was still listed and I called and was told that is was still for sale. 🤯

Repair on truck
Had a great service on my truck. Everything was fixed at a timely manner and everything was fixed without any problems or concerns. Would go there again.

Took the car in for backup camera problems and frozen pictures on the screen. Dealership troubleshot problem to radio/screen display. Ordered a new radio, and less than a week later, called me to schedule an appointment to replace it. Flawless execution from this Service department, which is their standard!

I’ve had both my ‘96 Cherokee and ‘07 Commander in for service this month and Frank has done a fantastic job ensuring that things were taken care of efficiently, correctly, and timely. Will continue to see Frank for my vehicles’ service needs.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from here and they are always great during the purchase. The service department is what needs major help. For many years and through many employees they still can’t get it right. It’s always Horrible communication. And considering different departments are involved it’s important for everyone to be on the same page. That has never happened in the service department at the Riverdale Larry H Miller. I personally bought my last vehicle from somewhere else because I didn’t ever want to deal with the service department again. Unfortunately, my husband still takes his truck there due to warranty.

Drive 20 miles for oil change.
Zak Irwin is my service advisor at Larry H. Miller in Riverdale Utah. He is always on top of things and has taken excellent care of my car and me. It takes a lot to get me to drive 20 miles for an oil change.....this is the level of service that keeps me coming back.

Should have been better
Schedule a repair for 9:15. Showed up at 9. Mechanic kicked my truck back at 9:30 saying it didn’t need the bed step for which I took it there for. After I got it back in for install I left at 10:30 for a 15 min job.

I’m a new customer here, not even sure which door to use. Before I could reach the door handle someone was there to open it and direct me to a service writer. The service writer answered my questions, got my car in for the work I needed and helped fix something I was just asking about. Above and beyond expectation. I’ll be back for my next car

They were able to squeeze me in and did a great job. Though it took a while I expected such with the number of cars they were servicing
