1991 Ford Econoline

I heard from my dad and step brother that this van was available so I jumped on the opportunity. I am very happy with my decision! It's awesome to have a family that has means to help! Thank you Steve and Carville's!!

Friendly salesmen

Custer service was very good. I went into carvilles with ugly credit and just like that I was approved with minimal effort. Very happy with the service I received.

This place a joke.

I am a young single mom and this was my first time making a purchase this big. I got a 2094 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year and even though I love my Jeep I do not love what this place did to me. My Jeep has spent more time getting worked on and fixed then I have actually been able to drive it. Zach? Sold me what he made out to be a "Bump to Bump" warranty on my Jeep , turns out I had nothing like that at all. I have fought with these people to try and get my Jeep fixed and all they tell me is it's not covered by my warranty and it will cost this much to fix. I know have to replace the engine in my Jeep after only having it a year. When I called to see if they could do anything to help me they basically told me to xxxx off and hung the phone up. I believe Tiffany was the one I spoke to about getting help with my Jeep. I am a single mom. My son and ai live off very little and now I have to somehow pull $1600 out of my xxx to replace the engine in my Jeep? I WILL NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

He actually took the time to listen!

Steve was fantastic from the first phone call. He took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. We were able to walk the lot so I could see what they had available. I found what I wanted and instantly fell in love. It had the room I needed and the price tag was a perfect fit. When it came down to the numbers he worked with me on every aspect to ensure I got the payments that would be a good fit for my budget. As a mom with kids budget is super important. The dealership itself was welcoming as well i walked in with 3 children all under the age of 4. They had space to walk around while in there and not one person made me feel like they were a burden while there (which is rare with babies!) 110% best dealership I've ever dealt with.

Best experience I've ever had at a car dealeiship would highly recommend to everyone ask for Elizabeth walton she was on top of things even before we arrived we told her what we were looking for and when we arrived she had several for us to look at the first one she showed us we bought

Easiest Vehicle Purchase EVER!

Steve met me at the door, since I had called ahead to arrange a test drive, and was ready to go. He asked a few questions to make sure he understood my needs and was very helpful in explaining the vehicle I was there to see. His conversation during the test drive was pleasant by not patronizing. He was personable but not syrupy. He asked me what I expected to get from my trade-in, and he was able to get close enough that we made a deal. I was a relaxing environment and I never felt like I was “being sold”. If you go there, ask for Steve. He’s AWESOME!!

2017 Dodge Journey

I was in need of a new vehicle so I was just driving around and stopped at Carville's where I met Steve. Steve was very professional and thorough with the whole process. With his assistance, I was able to trade my dodge charger for a new dodge journey hassle free. I will recommend Steve to anyone else looking for a vehicle.

2006 Jeep Liberty

My experience was very good! Bob got me into a car that I really liked! Bob is very nice and I will be using him for all future vehicle purchases.

2018 FOREST RIVER PRISM

We wanted a smaller RV and Manny was very helpful in finding one that would be right for us. Manny is a great young man!
