My experience was very good! Bob got me into a car that I really liked! Bob is very nice and I will be using him for all future vehicle purchases.

We wanted a smaller RV and Manny was very helpful in finding one that would be right for us. Manny is a great young man!

Well were do i even start.... The older gentle man seemed decent enough... But that younger man that was there today was very... Well lets say unfriendly.. Unhelpful... I asked him multiple question witch almost every one he replyed with "I don't know" I drove 2 1/2 hours to come here to buy a what seems to be a GREAT truck and seemed to be priced very fair.. But when I got there the truck didn't even look like the one that had on line.. Needless to say I drove 2 1/2. One way!!!!To get told "I dont know" about a hundred times No to impressed with customer service here

Great truck at a great price. Kevin and Steve were helpfully, knowledgeable and fun too work with. They have a large inventory to choose from.

For the most part I am pretty happy with my husbands and my car, however there where times I felt like I was getting the run around when something needed to be fixed on the car! I’d eaither hear back from them or not at all! Sometimes I feel they aren’t always upfront about things or they forgotten about it! But over all pretty good experience! I wish I could give a better review because I do like my car, but customer service could be better!

I'm going through a divorce and needed a personal vehicle. My ex brought me to Carville's to help me. We met Steve and he showed us some cars but didn't pressure me. I gave him my number and he followed up. The next day I came back in and he was wonderful in helping me through the process. I will definitely come back to work with Steve in the future.
