I traded in my 4Runner and got a Ford Esacpe Hybrid. this is my first real car buying experience and it was nothing less than exemplary. This is my first hybrid car and love everything about it. This my first experience ever buying a car on line sight unseen but from the moment I first talked to David I had a good feeling. Everyone in my world cautioned me against such crazy idea but I made the deposit on the car over the phone and bought a bus ticket to Atlanta. David picked me up, the entire process was smooth and easy the car the......well, the car is PERFECT!!!! Found their cars listed on all the for sale sites around Atlanta and stopped by there lot. They were professional and knew there products well. They answered all my questions and never once did I feel any pressure. I bought a 2011 Prius from them and have been very happy with the car and it preforms just as they said it would. As a middle aged woman looking for a good used car I have been stressed about the process for a month. I live in Memphis, TN and we have lots of used cars here and we actually found the right car and dealer in Smyrna, Ga. David at 1st Choice Autos was really NOT what I expected. He is pretty straight forward and told us what he can and can not do. He really knows cars, the makes, their reputations and how his inventory lines up. I feel he was really honest with us and was certainly nice, friendly and really not what I expected for a 'used car salesman' Also, not what I had run into over the past month of searching. We got a car I really wanted at a price I was happy with and we even have a warranty on some things. This car buying nightmare came to a really nice conclusion dealing with 1st Choice and David. Even driving (again) to fine the right car was worth it. I highly recommend this company!! 1st Choice is aptly named! My shopping and buying experience with them was by the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the drive from Birmingham to Atlanta. David was informative, knowledgeable and helpful in advance communication and paperwork so that I was able to prepare for my decision before driving over. Before and during my visit, I found everyone to be professional and to exhibit the kind of integrity I wish everyone had. They were indeed a pleasure to do business with, I got a fair deal, and a good automobile at a price that fit my budget. I have always hated car shopping because of the typical experiences and ways that dealers usually do business, so I had put this off over a year. But I can honestly recommend 1st Choice Auto to anyone feeling confident that my friends and family will be treated with the as professionally, pleasantly and honestly as I was. We recently purchased a used 2010 Ford Escape-Hybrid from David at 1st Choice Auto. It was truly a pleasurable experience. I was immediately impressed with the high degree of trust and mutual respect expressed by David. Although initially, a minor problem with the alignment was discovered while road testing the vehicle prior to purchase: When I asked that this be checked, without hesitation, David promptly had the alignment corrected and available for purchase the following day. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition and came exactly as advertised. David was extremely personable, honest and straightforward. Finally, the price we agreed upon was very fair. Overall it was an excellent experience!

I did not end up buying a car from them because of fiscal reasons, but I got great customer service! I would recommend buying from them and will consider them in the future when I am financially able to purchase a car!
