Disappointed Customer.
Disappointed Customer. Paid 17,000 for 2021 Jeep Compass. Then had to pay another 1,300 to have it fixed. After being told they had checked it and looked at it (after keeping it 21 days) and that there was nothing wrong with it. Took it to another mechanic, both rear lateral arms were bent, driveshaft seal had grease running out of it. Was very clear no one had checked the vehicle for the issues we experienced 2 days after purchasing. Even asked them if they would pay for half of the expenses for having it fixed. Was told that had bought the vehicle as/is and there was nothing they could do to help. Very poor professionalism for a corporation. There is no honor or honesty in their dealings with people who work hard and give them their money. After a closer look most all of their vehicles have been either wrecked, failed emissions before, or have had some kind of issues. I would advise very close inspection of any vehicle you decide to purchase from here. Most of them come from auction, and were rental, and corporate vehicles. Which means they have not been treated well most likely. Not to include there are issues that are not listed such as was with the Jeep I purchased. They are not fair and honest folks!

I purchased a car “as is” with no accidents according to
I purchased a car “as is” with no accidents according to Carfax, and it was determined after a inspection I got done on my own that there was extensive damage to the radiator/condenser and surrounding areas ($7200) worth. We were told by an associate that all cars are inspected prior to sale which is a blatant lie. The dealership can be held liable for not disclosing damage as extensive as that. So either this is fraud or negligence. I have left 2 voicemails with Mike the manager, with zero response. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing from here get their own inspection done prior to sale. And for the business, just do the right thing. Inspect, repair and/or disclose. It’s not that difficult.

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37.
I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

Went to location to view and test drive vehicle of choice. After waiting over 30mins salesperson brought the wrong vehicle because the vehicle I was interested in had A flat and I never got to view or test drive. No apologies, no professionalism, no follow up. Terrible customer service.

Price listed on cars.
Price listed on cars.com was $4k less than actual asking price. Dealer tried to get me to drive almost 2 hrs to look at the car and wouldn’t tell me the actual price until I said I would not come without knowing the price.

The salesman who helped me was courteous, knowledgable, I appreciate the time we had together. But they are way too busy for the amount of customers they have. He was constantly leaving me for other customers and not completely focusing on me and my wife. We stood alone waiting more than we were with the salesman. The vehicles had a problems which would have cost $$$ for the customer purchasing it in its "ready to be sold" condition. The T&C had rust on the front hood, the front end was a little wobbly indicating the calipers were warped. I was told this condition will not be repaired.

I am 2 hours away and inquired online about a truck I saw
I am 2 hours away and inquired online about a truck I saw on the website. The salesman had no problem calling me multiple times that day, we went ahead with getting me approved and I was going to come look at the truck that weekend. Saturday morning comes around and the salesman calls me to tell me that the truck is now in the shop having a timing chain put on. If I pay a $500 deposit they will hold the truck for me once it comes back from the mechanic. Multiple calls to the salesman go completely unanswered the following week, when he finally does answer he informs me someone else sold the truck that I had the deposit on. (Here we are 4 weeks later and the truck is still on the website for $4000 more). He then proceeds to tell me that they just got a truck in that is an even nicer truck and they will let me have it for the exact same price and that my $500 will hold it. I ask for pictures, and for people that know trucks I was looking at an f150 xlt and was now being offered an f150 roush. For the same price? I asked this multiple times and was told yes all they needed to do was put a windshield in and the truck would be ready for me. Well many days worth of phone calls to my salesman go unanswered when finally I had enough and call the dealership and ask for a manager, only to be told the truck can not be sold to me because it has a motor that can not be fixed, and they would find me another truck. I waited 3 days with no calls before I finally demanded my $500 back. I did not mention anyone's name directly because I do not think it was just my salesman from the vibes I got with the manager this entire place is crooked. I bought another truck at another dealership not far from this one I called on a Friday made arrangements and Saturday i had the truck at home, that's how it should work.
