Great Dealership
Bought a car from First Choice, they were very nice and friendly. Let me test drive the car over night as well as worked with me and my bank to make the deal work, after my divorce. They run a very nice company and treat you right.

They had the Best selection of Hybrids
They had the best selection of Hybrids I have ever seen. They had more Prius then my local Toyota dealership. Very easy to work with. I purchased a 2010 Prius....Love it.

Very Good Experience, first class
I have bought a couple of cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. The Guys there were very nice and helpful and went out of there way to work with me. The Ford Escape is just what I wanted and they let me take it home before I decided to buy. David and Tim will treat you right. Dedria

very poor ethics-worst car-buying experience ever
My worst car-buying experience ever. I test-drove a car and spent an hour with David completing the paperwork. With the bill of sale in hand, I was told the car was being sold to the person who test-drove after me (while I was working on the paperwork). That customer had not completed any paperwork, but since he "had the key" they were selling it to him. I'm sure it was really because he had offered to pay sticker price whereas I had negotiated a slightly better one. I am shocked and terribly disappointed by the poor ethics of the owners.

We are sorry toohat you felt that you were mistreated, however you have intentionally left out many relevant facts that would shed a different light on your story. For starters we did negotiate on the price of the car, however you told us the price was to high and you got up and not only left my office but you drove off of our lot. Furthermore we warned that we had another customer coming to test drive the car. When you returned to the lot you were asked by the salesman who was helping that customer if you were coming back to finish the deal, this way he would?t show the car to the customer. You answered ?I haven?t decided yet, I want to talk to David?, at that point he left with the car. I was asked to return to the dealership which I had also left, shortly after you had walked out over us not giving you ?your price?. When you left, I went to lunch. Which I never got because I was called back when you returned. You informed me that you were now interested in the car at the price we had discussed but had to get financing from your Credit Union in Tennessee. At that point I informed you you would need a copy of a ?lenders buyers order? in order to get qualified by your lender if you were going to buy the car ( or any car for that matter) You also stated you had no plans to buy a car today (today being Tuesday) I also informed you that if the Gentleman test driving the car now chose to buy it that he would have first choice since he had the ?key in hand?. You told me to go ahead and ?give you what you would need to get your financing in order with your bank?. You also said that you would be back Saturday or Monday with your wife to buy the car. You never bought the car, you never signed a single piece of paper or even filled out a single form. You were never even asked for a deposit nor did you offer one. You took the Lenders Buyers order and were leaving in your personal car when the other customer returned with the car and stated he planned to buy it if he and the salesman could come to an agreement on the price. I was embarrassed when you threw a fit in front of everyone and demanded we hold the car for you. You had been warned that he had first refusal and you also refused to sign anything or leave a deposit in case he (the other customer) didn?t want to buy the car. I guess it true what they say you can't make everyone happy. I just wish you would tell the whole story, I am sorry that the car you wanted got away, but your not being honest with your review.-Dave Ichay
Thanks Guys, you guys are the Best
Ken, Your sales staff did a great job, very friendly and easy to work with. Tim had another customer at the time so he could not help us but David jumped right in! You had a better choice of Escapes than any other dealer town. You guys Rock! Keep up the great work and we will visit you the next time we need a vehicle.
