1st Choice Autos

I've only had my car for about three weeks but I'd buy from these gentlemen again in a heartbeat. I initially saw my vehicle online and filled out the inquiry form on their website. I received a phone call from Tim the following day asking for few pieces of additional information and when I'd like to stop by for a test drive. I never once felt pressured or like I was "just another customer." In fact, Tim actually went to bat on my behalf with the finance company and negotiated a very manageable monthly payment for me AFTER I had told him that I couldn't comfortably afford the initial quoted price. After that, I came in for my test drive and they even allowed me to put down a partial down payment that day, then the remainder three weeks later. When I put the initial down payment in their hands, Tim told me that he was placing all info for my car in the "sold" pile so I would have first dibbs on it. I came back when I told them I would and Dave helped me finalize all my paperwork and handed me my keys. After that, Tim phoned me to follow up and get a couple more pieces of info from me for the bank and I told him that my address changed only three days after I bought the car. Well he asked me to forward him my new address and he'd make sure to get everything straight with the tag office. These guys are first class. Don't waste your time or your money going anywhere else. They're called "First Choice" for a reason. ..

Four weeks of researching and looking for a used Hybrid. I wish I had gone here first. Prices almost always the best and "normal" buying experience. Next time, I will call and let Dave not what I want - f they don't have it in stock, I will wait till they find it - never want to buy anywhere else again.

I have spent the past month looking at and researching used Hybrids including Prius, Lexus, Ford, Lincoln, and Hyundai. I had 4 vehicles inspected only not to buy them ($'s wasted/well spent). I found Dave at 1st Choice Autos late in the process and he was by far the most helpful and valuable. Most dealers were clueless regarding hybrids and it would have been much easier for me if I did my internet research and then just went to 1st Choice Autos. Online, I found their pricing to usually be the lowest. Next time, I will tell them what I want, let them find it, and just purchase from them. It is rare for me to provide a positive car dealer review but as a small business owner too, I felt obligated to let everyone know that I feel this is a good place that I would shop at again.

I recently began looking for a new car. I decided on a Prius and then began looking at "used" options. I read, read, and read some more. I found good prices, good mileage, the right color, etc. Then i read the reviews and changed my mind. Then I found 1st Choice and Tim. They had good prices and good looking cars. Then I was really thrown for a loop - the online reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I was still skeptical. A few days passed and my wife called me into the room to show me a Prius she found on the pentagon Federal Car Buying Service. It was the car I was looking at through Cars.com sold by 1st Choice. That is all I needed to know to be comfortable with this business. You can't rip people off and remain affiliated with Pentagon Federal. I called Tim and made an appointment. He picked me up at the Atlanta airport and within and hour I was on my way home with my 2008 Prius. The entire process was friendly and easy. I even had an issue with the 12v battery within 24 hours of picking the car up (common problem when a hybrid sits for an extended period). Tim took care of the problem quickly with zero hassle to me. I recommend this dealership to any and everyone. My next car will come from 1st Choice, as well. 1st Choice is a GREAT place if you are looking for a hybrid vehicle. They have more Toyota Prius and Ford Fusion vehicles than any used dealer I have seen, I was in an out in just over 2 hours including a long test drive of the vehicle I purchased. Very similar to my positive experience buying my last car at Carmax.

I had done a bit of research on the hybrid I wanted. Time responded to an email from the Cars.com website I had sent saying that the car I asked about was sold, but they had another one in stock that hadn't gone up on the website yet. Made an appointment and drove out to do a test drive. I worked with both Tim and Dave and both guys were straightforward and pleasant to work with. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and the entire process was hassle free and, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a quality used car, especially a hybrid, talk to Tim and Dave, I am going to recommend them to friends and family from now on.
