BUYER BEWARE

Will never be back to this dealership. EVER. Also, don’t ever purchase any extended warranties through this company and ever expect a refund. “Mr Fowler says we cannot cancel it” Purchased a brand new GLI 12/2019, got talked into a windshield, tires and wheel, GAP and enviroshield protection and was told we could cancel the warranty should we ever trade in the vehicle. Lo and behold somebody lied when we bought the vehicle and we are out money. Yes I know we won’t get our full amount but we are only getting a refund on GAP. The reasoning? Because “Mr Fowler says so he makes the rules” The warranties are useless. I tried using it this past summer on the tire warranty when I needed a new tire and got the run around from the warranty company and the dealership. So not only out $134 for the tire out the money for the tire warranty. I will never buy another Volkswagen, ever.

Mr M.M

Nate was friendly and efficient. We got exactly what we wanted for our trade, which is unheard of. They filled the gas tank before we drove off. There was no pressure and we were treated with respect. I would go back and buy another car from Nate!

Can not match the price from the other dealership

They advertise they can beat any price but not in reality. I found the same Car with same trim $2K cheaper. I couldn’t be happier. Oh and they offered me $5K less on my trade in. Which took them an hour to figure out how much my trade in was worth. When I tried to walk out their manager tried to stop me and offered more money on my trade. You lost a sale buddy.

40,000 mi svc

Excellent experience in every way. Beautiful facility—clean and customer friendly. Jason Johnson in the Service dept was awesome . It was a fair price and and they washed my car. I have a new dealership —Fowler !!

Went in for a new car the sales team was excellent got me exactly what I was looking for. The finance department got me the lowest rate available before I went back there i double checked . I will be a customer for life.

Sells lemon cars

I bought a car a little over a year ago. It has had multiple problems. I’ve been in the service department every couple months for issues with this car. The car is a lemon. I’ve spoken to finance and sales, both managers refuse to do any. They state I bought the car so it’s my responsibility. I’ve had the same issue multiple times. I was told to, while driving, to video my screen going black. I’ve had so many parts replaced it’s ridiculous and they refuse to offer any assistance except the 2 year coverage.

Service department

Even though the service dept was backed up they still repaired my car in a timely manner with excellent, friendly service. Well worth the wait time.

Great experience.

There can sometimes be a mixup it happens to us all. There was a bit of a mixup with products needed for my service. The staff quickly identified that the wrong part was ordered and notified. Then they went above and beyond to make it right. They took great care of my and Voltz.
