No complaints, for once

Looking for daughter, great experience and I enjoyed the visit which never happens at a dealership. I liked the ease it all even when it came to the dreaded talking to the manager at the end part. 5 stars all around.

No complaints, for once

Great Service

Great People

Fowler VW is a great group to deal with. Chris is the best sales person, and the whole team made the buying process quick and easy. It honestly was the quickest purchase both times we bought. As for the service department, I was a bit disappointed at one time, however, the team is great and truly cares.They worked hard to make my visit a good one, and did not let me down in the end. They turned me into a regular customer, and gained my respect and business. Thanks Ryan! Overall, I highly recommend Fowler VW for buying and service... Shout out to Chris on the sales floor, Ryan and Brian in service... I appreciate all you do... Great Job!!!

Service

I Purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and the buying experience was good, My only issue is the inspections the service department is supposed to do on ALL used cars was not done to what I would call standard. I have found many issues since I have had the car the first was my brakes and they did inspect them a second time but did not match the paper work to what I purchased the car at, the second issue was I had a tire that kept going low and took it in and my tires have dry rot on them and one had a patch done on it if I'm correct from purchasing cars before they should have been replaced. Today I took my car in for an oil change and another thing they should have replaced were my Engine Air filters and they were completely black never replaced. If you ever Buy a used car from ANY Fowler Dealership I would Highly recommend you check to ensure all things they have agreed to check and or replace Have been done properly.

great experience

great job! Love my car. they made the car buying experience so much easier. I was thankful to buy a car from them. Very friendly staff and even the financing department was good. We were able to test drive the car . I think it was the best car buying experience I had ever had.

Feat buying experience!

Mark helped me find the perfect vehicle and James did what he can to get me finance to when I can afford to purchase my brand new 2016 Tiguan. These guys are awesome. I would recommend then to any one that is looking or thinking about buying a new vehicle.

My husband and I drove 4 hrs to visit Fowler VW. Lisa met us with a smile and continued to inform and assist us throughout our buying process. We were comfortable and happy during our time with her. If purchasing a VW , ask for Lisa. She will take care of you!!

My wife and I both feel we were treated as friends

I started looking for a "new" car for my wife several months ago. We had a particular 2014 model and color in mind and when one was advertised at Fowler VW we went to take a look. The sales people, especially Wesley, were exceptionally helpful. I had done quite a lot of pricing research for this car and I made an offer right after the test ride. I expected a counter offer after which I planned to walk away. We were very very surprised when Eric came back and said "done deal". The car was given a wipe down while we finished the paper work. Wesley also programed the electronics to connect with my wife's cell phone. The only qualification we documented was that Fowler VW would provide a second key fob. They ordered and delivered the fob in short order. Once again, I say THANK YOU to Wesley, and all, for a great car buying experience. As a footnote, we learned Wesley is in the Army 45th Infantry and is expected to be deployed in a few months. BE SAFE WESLEY!!!!!!!!

Outstanding experience

I went to change the battery in my Jeep Wrangler and while they changed it I went ahead got me some coffee and looked at the new cars in the lot. I bought a Jetta S from this dealer the previous year and was impressed at the spacious interior plus overall quality of the vehicle. I mean you get a lot of car for the price. Having owned my jeep since 2008 and now that I have a child I thought this was a good time for something bigger and better thus decided to trade in my vehicles for a Passat limited. I want to thank Jimmy and Chris along with the great staff for the great and outstanding customer service in helping me get the most for my trade in plus answering all my questions. I am loving the Passat great quality and very sharp car. Smooth, elegant and great horsepower. I will definitely buy another car from this dealership as it has become my favorite.
